I believe it to be a family run venture with Mum serving and cleaning tables during the day and(very large) Dad making pizzas from scratch. In the evenings the... More

On a recent visit to Pisa, we stopped here for a Caffe Latte and was greeted with politeness and courtesy. Good quality coffee in a clean cafeteria.

I only had a pizza . It was fine but I was tired and in the end I feel the only thing wrong was it seemed a couple euro too high . A great spot for people watching on the sidewalk . A decent selection of gelato too . It seemed friendly enough and service was fine . Would I... More

We sat down outside, no service at all. I went inside and ordered two coffees, we waited for a long while. A friendly waitress came with our cups at last. I turned to ask our waitress a question, but was interrupted in doing so by a gloomy dark haired young woman sailing by, who was obviously in charge here. She... More

This brasserie serves a reasonable selection of meals and is situated on a corner area of the main thoroughfare from the train station. I was staying overnight at the nearby Hotel Le Pace, therefore this was convenient as I didn't want to wander too far. It resembles what appears to be the italian version of a Beefeater Restaurant though in... More

We went into this place, staff were unfriendly and not responsive. To me it was bordering on them being racial. We were shown to a table. The place was rather empty so we asked for a larger table and was refused but when another couple walked by the same staff, they picked a six seater for 2 persons... no issue... More

Very nice place to have just a pizza - the loggia is gorgeus, the pizza was excellent - one of the best pastas I ahve had in Italy. The service is average and smiling - the cook is a big joke maker...:) Fun to stop by and have a slow dinner.

Just wanted something quick while waiting for a train back to Lucca, so we went inside this place. The cook was very friendly as was the woman working the cash register. As we watched, they made us a pizza in their pizza oven from a lump of dough in 4 minutes flat (i.e., these stories about 'frozen pizza' in the... More
