Simple but delicious food which was very reasonably priced

Arrived unbooked and were seated by staff. We had the tomato and mozzarella salad to start. At €4 it was well worth it as this was a dish we shared. Not easy to find but worth to do it. Small local restaurant with grat fresh sefood. We had nice oysters, shrimp sashimi, fried calamr and loabster spagetti. all was absolutly perfect. Very good house prosecco. Excelent value for money. Completly not turistic place what is big advantage

We found this place from Tripadvisor and stopped in for a quick lunch after exploring Pisa. Service - great Food - fresh and good Value - totally worth it I followed one of the reviewers advice and ordered a bottle of prosecco to go along with our fried seafood and it was a wonderful accompaniment.

This is an unpretencious restaurant serving excellent quality fish and pasta dishes at very reasonable prices. For 2 we ordered a liter of prosecco (we were thirsty) spaghetti with mixed seafood, spaghetti with lobster, fresh anchovies in olive oil and fried calamari. The bill came to 42 Euro. Everything was excellent! The lobster portion was generous and we were really... More

Whether at home or travelling, I look for a comfortable ambience, good value, fresh ingredients cooked and served creatively, and staff with character. We found all of these at La Meloria. Hard to beat a mother-daughter combination cooking and serving with laughter and gusto. We shared: half litre of white wine, cheese and tomato appetizer, baby octopus with penne primi,... More

This restaurant is really popular. It serves amazing seafood and pasta dishes. Everybody seems to order the mixed fried fish but we went for the stuffed mussels followed by spagetti carbonara. The mussels were just delicious in a rich tomato sauce with some crusty bread and the carbonara was a dish of perfection. The place is run by a very... More
