For a short visit to Pisa, I found this restaurant, close to the central train station. We arrived just before the 1900 and were seated immediately upon the opening. The ambience is nice and Giovanni took great care of the four of us. He chose the appropriate antipasti dishes (3 or 4) and 2 bottles of very nice Chardonnays. We... More

We must have walked past the restaurant a few times before we had a look in. When we did the place was full of Italians having lunch. We had a lovely pasta allo scoglio and a risooto with ink followed by two meat dishes. At the end of the meal the owner even offered us a grappa and an amaro.... More

Went on to the Trip Advisor website the night before we left England for a four night stay in Pisa and saw that this place was highly recommended. Arrived Sunday evening in Pisa 26/04 and decided to give it a try.Just how lucky were we to find such a wonderful little restaurant where Giovanni and Serenella were the perfect hosts... More

Quality family run restaurant 2 minuites from the main train station. If your after value for money and don't need all the gloss this place is for you. We experienced a warm inviting atmosphere, absolutely adored the owner, the food was incredible and maybe the best Chianti I've had at 13 a bottle!

Now and again you stumble on something marvellous, like this restaurant. It was raining hard on our first night in Pisa and this restaurant was the nearest one to our hotel. Tucked away in a back street it doesn't look up to much. We were the only people there when we went in but We felt immediately at home with... More

We went there two time on our short trip to Pisa, we just had to try more from the menu. It's just like having dinner at my Gramas house, such a simple place but full with kindness. We had the feeling of home cooked dinner with love and interest.Wine was also great. I will definitely go back when i'm in... More
