We spent 3 weeks traveling around Italy. We can say food is the best, service was always great and they all make you feel as if you were at their home. This place is horrible!! Service is pathetic!...And when I asked for olive oil to dip my bread they told me that was an extra charge....They should be ashamed of... More

Food was not really good…we sat there because we did not have much time to search for another place out of the touristic area and like most places close to the attractions…food was not good and it was a bit overpriced. The place is very well located indeed and you can see the Tower while sitting in the terrace which... More

We stumbled upon this place right by the tower and thought it would be fine enough for food. How wrong we were! Our order was taken by a grumpy waiter limited to the forms of communication of yes, no and shrugs of the shoulder. Half the order arrived in reasonable time but then we were then left waiting for so... More

The only thing this place has going for is the view of the Leaning Tower. Horrible service.. The food is bland and tasteless. I've had better food while visiting my Grand Mother in a care home.

After running into this restaurant due to the awful weather we were met by a moody waiter. If only we had walked out then, we would have saved ourselves a nightmarish experience. We ordered drinks/food and while waiting for them to arrive, saw one of the chefs drop chips on the floor, place them in a bowl and return them... More

After an already upsetting day in Pisa, where I witnessed a poor old man get pickpocketed, this awful restaurant just made everything so much worse. Food itself was nothing special. We had the rudest service throughout the meal and then when going over the bill realised that they were trying to overcharge us (which we had been warned by friends... More

We picked this restaurant mostly out of the convenience, due to its proximity to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Situated on a small side street, nothing luxurious nor sophisticated, but the tables on the patio had a direct view of the tower, so it allowed us to extent our viewing pleasure. The staff was very curteous and relatively prompt in... More

Not only did this restaurant have delicious food, but the staff were lovely and attentive, and the atmosphere was great when the band came to sing! Highly recommend

This restaurant has an excellent location just a few steps from the Leaning Tower. We stopped in after a long day on tour. All we wanted was drinks, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did not eat but the food looked very good.
