Nothing special

If you are hungry and want something fast like a pizza go for it, we needed a light dinnner and it work just fine.

Visited this cafe in December 2015 on my way from Lucca to Florence. Ordered a pizza, a jar of white wine and a bottle of water. Paid 17.5 Euro. Pizza was rather tasty, wine was also good. Had lunch there just because of nice view to the Tower of Pisa. It was a sunny and warm December day and I... More

Food for a trattoria was quite good and service was also good. My only complaint was a stream of people trying to sell me knock-offs while I wanted to eat. But unless you ate indoors anywhere you were a target.

We couldn't sit outside because it was raining. The inside was a little crowded which is not uncommon for Italy. The food was very good and we met some nice people from Buffalo, NY at the next table which was only a few inches away. The food was very good.

Sat down for a nice meal! How wrong we were! We chose a tourist menu - we got extremely small portions : small starter of pasta, small piece of meat (wafer thin and a less than half the size of your palm), a score of thin French fries, a small bowl of sour fruit salad and a coffee that never... It was a great place to sit and the food was OK. But you can't expect to sit in the shadow of the Tower of Pisa and not get overcharged for average fare. It was not as expensive as I expected and my escalope and chips was fine, but it wasn't exciting. Coffee was good, but then we'd been up... More

We popped in for a glass of wine and to get out of the rain. The manageress brought out Bruchetta for us which was really tasty. The wine was good too. We had free wifi and another glass of wine. A nice place to sit and chill in a town where not much happens. I'd go back and would like... More

This area abounds in cafés and restaurants, probably because of its proximity to the Tower complex. This was okay. Service was quick and my salad and my husbands pasta fine. Expensive for what you got. Outdoor seating was in demand

Horrible Service an horrible food! Make yourself a favor and don't eat here! Pizza and lasagna seems like the one you buy frozen at Walmart. Seriously people don't eat here! The service is terrible and they go an charge you a 15% anyway! Horrible horrible horrible. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

The bored looking 'seater' did not acknowledge us, so we sat down at one of the few outside tables, at which point he offered the menus. With a nice view of the tower, we perused the menu, and decided what we wanted, and waited for our order to be taken, and waited, and waited, etc. The waiters seemed to be scurrying... More
