What more can I say? My host brought me here for dinner and I thoroughly loved it. I was assured by my host that the food was authentic Tuscan cuisine - primarily meat and pasta. I was not disappointed, everything we had, from the Tuscan antipasto, to the pasta dish (mine was a simple garlic... read more

Our hotel recommend this place as did a couple of other people and it was rubbish. Very limited menu, not very good food (bland which was surprising in Italy) and terrible service. If someone recommends it, don't bother!

The first night we tried to get in we were told they were full but we were told we could eat outside - it was cold and dreary so we booked for the following night. The restaurant is small - downstairs - but we were shown up past an empty table to the cavernous upper floor where we were the... More

Small restaurant in central area popular for aperitivo with students and locals. Overall a fair and reasonably priced meal, but the other dishes that came out of the kitchen looked much nicer than what we had. So if you visit this restaurant avoid the antipasto del re and instead go for a meat dish, they looked delicious, especially the tartare... More

Very interesting menu, tasty food, nice atmosphere, even house wine was good. We have tried 3 different restaurants in Pisa and it goes to my favorite list.

A real jem, tucked away and not the easiest to find but what a surprise when you get served. I had sirloin and my wife had lamb, both dishes were excellent . I would recommend this place highly and it is also very affordable.

We attended this restaurant based upon the experiences of other diners on this site. Initially everything seemed ok, staff were friendly and showed us to a table in the upstairs part of the restaurant. However it soon started to go downhill - the restaurant's phone had an extremely loud and annoying ringtone, and was left ringing pretty much endlessly. It... More

We had a nice dinner having a taste of different crostini toscani, crostoni of polenta, spaghetti with white sausage... Everything a little bit too oily for our tastes. The waitress were caring a little bit too much of anything that could have been left on the dish as it was a syntom of distaste (and it was)

We where there after searching a place where can este 10 people together, all places in pisa aré too small for big group , but here they have a big dinner room upstair with Mágic atmosfear , big stones wall so beautiful. Big meat dishes in all table, good to Share a big piece with friends. We will repeat.
