Best slices of pizza in Lucca! A must visit if you're in Lucca and in need for a quick bite. It's a small place and around lunch it's quit crowded with local people, so don't expect to have a seat. But you can just eat these slices standing or take them on the go.

The pizza here was completely unremarkable. My least favorite pizza in Italy. No idea why people are lining up out the door to eat here. Also poor value for the price.

During our 3 weeks stay in Italy, we visited this place maybe 6 times. One of the best pizza I've ever had in my life. It's a classic, simple, no fuss pizza. You come (sometimes you need to get in line), order, then you either sit somewhere or eat it while strolling around the beautiful city inside a wall. Try... More

Go for the pizza. Go for the cecina. Go for the atmosphere. Just go. And it's not that hard to find. Just look for all the Lucchesi who are there for their slices of pizza or cecina (chickpea crepe), or more seasonably, castagnaccio (chestnut cake) with ricotta. There are only a few tables and a small wall counter, but people... More

Based on Rick Steve's recommendation, we were determined to find this place, and while it was not easy, it was worth it for sure! It is on a tiny passageway in a nice shopping district, not right next to tourist spots. The "Pizza de Felice" sign is flat against the building and easy to miss if you aren't looking hard.... More

This pizzeria was recommended by our innkeeper, and we're glad we went! Have never before had a slice of cecina, chickpea pizza, but dang it was awesome. Also had margherita and a glass of vino rosso. Small place, was bustling and fun. Great lunch place!

Tucked away on a side street, this is a lovely pizza a taglio place - prob the best in the city. They have a basic margerita on the go as well as a superb ceccina (chick pea 'cake'). The latter is simply magnificent but you may have to wait as it goes quickly. Pizza toppings can also be requested. The... More

Tried the cecina pizza for the first time and it was very good. Had to wait for a new pizza to come out of the oven when I was there and it was smoking when I tried it but it tasted great to me. Might not be for everybody but seemingly everybody there and it was busy, was enjoying.

Thoroughly recommend, kids wanted to go here every night! Spent €17 on a meal for 4 with vino ! Fabulous little unassuming place.

Get the cecina--it's heaven. Prices are low, service is fast, and it's a fun place to eat, even if crowded. Also, the prosciutto pizza is excellent!
