Visited after great reviews on trip advisor. Found it lived up to the accolade's. Staff extremely friendly and service meant doing that bit extra. Great view of Florence as sun sets and great food. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We were recommended this restaurant by friends and booked it for our anniversary dinner and had a wonderful evening. It is a very special place, delicious food served by friendly staff with stunning views over Florence.

Fiesole is a €25 taxi ride away from central Florence and is a lovely little town that overlooks the city. This restaurant is at the top of a steep hill and has commanding views right across The Florentine valley..it is a dream of a view. I was struck by how the few bad reviews for this restaurant have almost entirely... More

La Reggia degli Etruschi is located near the top of a hill in the town of Fiesole, Italy. This town is so close to Florence that it feels like a suburb (it is about 5 miles away). The town is on a hill that overlooks the city of Florence below. Getting there is easy and a taxi only costs about... More

Wonderful view on Florence, excellent food and wine, very friendly service. Even on a sunday lunch with huge tables of Florentine families, you won't feel like an average tourist but like a regular customer that everyone from the cook to the boss wants to please. The beef fillet is cooked to perfection. If you have time for a quick escape... More

This restaurant has been recommended by our Italian tour guide. It's in Fiesole on the top of a hill. To get there you need bus 7 from San Marco square 1.20 euro and then walk up a steep hill behind the church. It is so worth it. The views are fantastic, the food and wine amazing and stuff very friendly.... More

We went this evening and shared an exquisite meal. Beautiful views over Frienze made the climb up the hill more than worth it. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great selection of wines. And evening finished with my better half accepting my proposal of marriage. A wonderful place to share this moment together

A wonderful view overlooking Florence. Certainly worth the walk to it. Take bus #7 from San Marco square for 1.9 euros to Fiesole. The museum and Roman/Etruscan ruins are certainly worth a visit. A five - ten minute walk up the road in front of the church. Service and food were outstanding, great wine selection, and a view that is... More

Stunning view over all of the Fiorentine Valley with food to match. Our favorite so far after 3 weeks in Florence. Scrumptious soufflé appetizers, porcini mushroom or zucchini. And all four pastas were excellent with the favorite being the pici with speck, saffron , and zucchini . Well worth the 5 minute walk up the hill from the piazza.
