This restaurant was recommended by our hotel as one which recently had moved from the city. The place was almost empty and our waiter was on edge while serving our party of 10. The menu was uninteresting and we all had problems deciding. While the waiter/kitchen corrected each error made; it was surprising that they would even serve the item... More

Good morning dear lady what she wrote is pure evil. He does not know what are the reasons why we moved and we did it just to provide better services, and this is one of many in our confonti his malice. It is not true that the room was empty that night. Of course you were ten but the others... More

Can't rate the food because they cancelled our reservation the day we were supposed to go. Never mind that we booked weeks in advance. Based on some of the reviews, we didn't miss much and found a great restaurant recommended by our hotel. Will definitely avoid next time we're in Florence.

Good morning, I apologize for the delay in responding but I feel offended by his words. Going on vacation is a right for all and we have advised clients that reserving online or by telephone, the restaurant closes for the week of August. The chef had much greetings Achilles holder. More

Tis place is near Il Vegetiano and we checked out the menu after our meal and decided to give it a go the next evening. I would not call it a bad meal, just badly thought out. I had main of king prawn in a thick sauce, the prawns were still whole so had to be peeled, not a good... More

I'am going already more then 10 years, twice a year for a fair to Firenze. Each night during 4 nights I go out eating there. Some were top, others were good and some were average. We went eating with a group and for all of us this was uneatable. We ordered a menu and received 4 different plates, nobody liked... More

This was the craziest & worst restaurant experience that we had in Florence. First of all, it's off the beaten path from major tourist attractions/ areas and appears to be in a "sketchy" neighborhood. We were the only Americans in the restaurant and thought that was a "good thing"; authentic flavor & foods, all of that stuff. What we then... More

My husband had eaten here several years ago and loved it. But it's changed. I had the lamb three ways with seasonal vegetables. There was lamb two ways, which is not a big deal, except that the lamb shank was like shoe leather and the two tiny things that were pretending to be chops had too much fat on them.... More

I had the chance to eat here twice with a friend who lives in Florence and he introduced me to the restaurant. This family-run restaurant is full of heart. You can have an excellent dinner at a reasonable price, the dishes run from more traditional Italian to more modern cuisine. Tables are spaced generously so you do not feel like... More

Not just your usual Tuscan fare, so a delight for us after spending a week here. The pici with duck and orange was a huge hit and the pumpkin lasagna was delicious (according to my Italian friend, who didn't share even a bite). We celebrated Valentines Day there, so there was a festive mood and even a raffle at the... More

Fantastic setting, creates an atmosphere where you feel the centre of attention, but also private and alone. Food is always great.
