Good and reasonable pricing

Looked up the reviews of this place and saw it was not bad and went and gave this place a try. The waiters we're welcoming and seeing it was raining and cold, wanted to sit inside, told it was full. We had second thoughts and they said now there was room as we were about to leave. Inside was... read more

Our first night in Florence, we arrived really late. After checking into our hotel at 9.30pm, we only started hunting for food at 10. This place was not too far and still served hot food hence we gave it a try. I had a seafood home pasta which was delicious, and my husband had a pizza with italian ham. Food... More

We ate here twice during our stay in Florence. The first experience was excellent, although my husband could not get the gluten-free pizza because we did not order it one day in advance. We e-mailed the restaurant early in the morning on the day we planned to return, and received a prompt confirmation that all was "va bene". My husband... More

Food was a bit on the pricy side, and wine selection can be varied more between the price classes. Food was presented well, but in comparison to other restaurants in florence, a bit flaccid, and mediocre. The staff was very efficient and helpful.

Gluten free eating is always just ok when it comes to pizza and pasta, but Ciro and sons taught me that Gluten Free pasta and pizza can be heavenly! We went 3 times during our stay in Florence because it was that good! The pizza crust has that "chew and pull" that real pizza has. The pasta was fresh pasta.... More

My husband and I went there for lunch, the place was packed but luckily we found a table. The wait staff was friendly and welcoming. We each tried one of their pizzas and the waiter was very accomodating with the changes and additions we wanted on our individual pies.Service was quick and the pizzas were superb!, absolutely wonderful! We highly... More

Perfect pizza, nice service, friendly waiters! We had a reservation very late for a gluten free pizza as recommended, and as we arrived, the waiter recognized us strait away. The food was nice and for pnce, my husband had a real choice for food, despite his gluten intolerance. Don't miss it!

Visited Ciro & Sons as a party of 4 over the Easter long weekend in April. The restaurant came highly recommended and had been identified as one of the few “higher end” pizzerias with gluten free pizza on the menu, which suited a member of our party. It is in a lovely old building downtown Florence and has a nice... More
