We ate dinner here twice during our 3 day stay in Florence! The staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. We were able to custom make our own pizzas and I thoroughly recommend their Bellagio pizza, which was the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life! We didn't try the pasta but it looked amazing too!... More

We went for the pizza and were surprised how lovely the restaurant is. The pizza is really good. All the menu items looked good. We enjoyed the desserts- 4 of us, each ordered one. The lemon sorbet was served in a frozen lemon half.

The first time I visited Italy was about 4 years ago. I was in heaven when I first found this restaurant. I have been there a total of 6 times, and can't say enough good things about it. As a whole dining out gluten free is difficult. In cities like Firenze, it can be pretty easy, but not always good... More

The staff in Ciro and sons were determined that we had a good evening. The food was delicious and wine at half price special bottle was lovely. Puddings were excellent.

You would never know how good this restaurant is from the outside. Looking in through the window, the first thing you see is the huge pizza oven. One of the lovely staff saw us loitering and opened to door to beckon us inside. We accepted the invitation and what a great decision that turned out to be! Full of Italians... More

Brilliant place, delicious food and super-friendly staff! I went to Florence and as a vegetarian gluten-free eater, I had kept no hopes on finding any good food. But this restaurant just nailed it on the head. I have had the best gluten free pizza ever (and believe me I have tried gluten free pizzas in the US, UK, Dubai, etc)... More

There are plenty of restaurant options in Florence. But too many of them offer the same items, in varying degrees of quality: ribollita soup, Tuscan beans, Bistecca alla Florentine. Ciro has those dishes, but also their menu includes a Napolitan flavor with great Vera-approved pizza and seafood dishes, all at very reasonable prices. We have been there twice in 4... More

I dined at Ciro & Sons last week. I started with the minestrone soup, which lacked flavor. My entree, the pesto pasta, and dessert, the chocolate cake, were fresh and delicious. The service was great and the brothers were all very nice. The prices were reasonable, too.

We stumbled upon this wonderful place on a cold and rainy night. My family opted to eat outside within their enclosed "patio". (Although the inside was lovely too)What a treat! There were heaters that provided ample heat and we enjoyed the wonders of the street while eating one of the best meals in Italy! Our waiter ( who is one of... More
