We're from Israel and came to this resturant on our last night in Florence. From the very start the treatment we got was terrible, the waiter said they didn't have menu in english but offered no help with understanding it. we askes him and the other waiter to come over 3 times and after . .blowing us off for about... I am Italian, I live in Florence, but I am writing this review in english in order to warn all potential victims of the scams of this restaurant. Beware! Don't let the fake "old school rustic italian" style trick you! Let's start from the total lack of welcoming athmosphere... you are barely greeted by the owner, who seems bothered by... More

Meat lovers, this place is for you. Indulge in a perfectly cooked (medium) bisteka alla Fiorentina! It's a bit of a walk from downtown Florence, but walking back will help you digest the big Florence Style steak. Enjoy!

The best stake I've ever tried! Also, like a starter zucchini with black truffle was really amazing! You should try it! Today we are going to visit that place again 😊

This restaurant is a really nice place where to have a traditional steak Fiorentina style or a wide variety of traditional tuscany foods! I specially suggest it for couples or friends, no booking is required but be prepared to wait just some minutes before seat since it is very popular.

Was told the location up in the hills of Florence was better quality and view....so the three of us paid 35 euros on the way up and 40 on the way back down. Dinner was probably the worst meal I've ever had. 130 euro for a flavorless steak for two, pasta with mushrooms, three salads, a bottle of house some... More

This rustic restaurant was very charming and quaint. The servers were very helpful and there was an fluent English waiter who recommended the spaghetti. We were not disappointed by his recommendation. It was spicy, hot, and very filling. The chocolate tart at the end of the meal definitely helped to finish off our experience. It tasted of dark chocolate, and... More

Visited 21-07-2014 I visited the Perseus restaurant with my Italian business colleague, he said he would treat me to a T Bone steak with a difference, well it certainly was different, he told me that the meat was from a special breed of cattle, I believe they are called Chianina Ox, and this adds to the whole experience. We placed... More

We had lunch at this place after recommendations from a barista, we were looking for something away from the tourist areas. We had bruschetta with tomato as a starter and pasta as main course. It all tasted really good, especially the bruschetta. Panna cotta and chocolate cake for dessert was ok, but nothing special.
