Great spot for a glass or two and a view

Just off the beaten track from the noisy and heavily trafficked Ponte Vecchio sits this welcoming and spacious spot. As we opted for a short break before supper we enjoyed tasting some of the local wines including a full bodied Chianti Classico and a couple of crisp whites from the Piedmont region... read more

This was our last and best meal that we had in Italy prior to leaving. The fish was fresh and expertly presented

Great food, great service and what a view from my table. With this view a a live band playing inside, you sit and enjoy the the delicious food that they serve in this restaurant. Definitely try their warm seafood salad, lamb chops and steak. Food here is simple yet elegant and full of flavor. Staff are very helpful and professional.... More

A very nice restaurant overlooking Ponte Vecchio. The food is above average and pizzas are highly recommended. Friendly stuff and a big variety of food. It looks touristy at the beginning but it is very nice after all

My husband had booked our table well in advance and had reserved one of the tables with a view over the river, we were serenaded by the musicians on the bridge. It is a very beautiful setting and the staff were kind attentive and helpful. It has a modern busy vibe and I prefer more intimate dining but the food... More

the view is spectacular, directly by the river, with the view on ponte vecchio. Food is very good, had some starters and pasta. Big wine selection. Prices a little bit to high but you pay for the location. The waiter was very polite.

This place was not only air conditioned but the menu was so vast and incredible!!! We all tried different things and each food choice was better than the next. They have a pizza with ricotta in the crust that was to die for!!! The beef carpaccio was so good and the fish was so fresh! We loved this place. They... More

It's worth going here to eat just for the view of the Ponte Vecchio and the river. The food was also rather good. We had planned to try the jazz night but ended up missing it. Another place I enjoyed - all the food we had was good and the pizzas on the next table had me drooling.

We tried a wide range of dishes from the menu and highly recommend the seafood, pastas and pizzas - lots of great flavours. A very extensive wine selection for connoisseurs. Professional service and a nice modern vibe. It's worth booking in advance to get a table as close as possible to the windows so you can take advantage of the... More

Staying in Pitti

Neighborhood Profile
Pitti
Pitti is a neighborhood characterized by art and history. Renaissance architecture such as Pitti Palace, which houses five museums alone, introduces visitors to the green lungs of spectacular Boboli Gardens. Any visitor can wander through statues, fountains, and panoramic viewpoints. Around the garden, treasures like the Museum of Natural History of the Specola and Villa Bardini guide guests through Florence as the cradle of the Renaissance. End the day with an aperitif in Piazza della Passera or the more romantic Forte di Belvedere, which offers an amazing panoramic view of the entire city.
