Legendary ice cream shop, can be difficult to find the first time, but the search is worth it. Has a lot of different flavours.

We heard great things about this gelateria in Florence, and were somewhat disappointed. The flavor and freshness of ingredients in the gelato were excellent, but the overall taste was too creamy. If you enjoy creamy gelatos, this is the place for you. The flavors really do burst, and it is very rich. Unfortunately, creamy was not our taste.

Outstanding gelato place. First, look at the flavors and the size of the cups, then go to the register and pay for the size cup you want. Then, go back to the counter, present your receipt and place your order. Even the smallest cup can be ordered with two different flavors. In doubt? Ask for a taste.

We had to refer to our map to find this place. Eventually we saw a group of American tourists (their guide had taken them there) eating their gelatos on the pavement and that's how we found it. This was one of the best gelato places we tried.. Yes it's great but the service is not.. But hey your just getting ice cream to go so who cares! We went here twice, the 2 women that work behind the counter & cashier are not exactly friendly.. but it's not a resto so didn't really matter to us..
