Really enjoyed the food here and the overall ambiance. We had spaghetti with tomato sauce and beef meat balls. Went down a treat. We hadn't booked but turned up and got a table within 15 mins. We had gone to the basilica s. Spirito which was closed for lunch so popped over for lunch instead. Totally worth the hype and... More

Very busy little restaurant in pretty square. I'm very glad we booked as lots of people being turned away. They serve tapenade with the bread and top quality olive oil which was good. I had been told about the mussel soup and this did not disappoint, it was quite exceptional, although the garlic bread was disappointing. It was really just... More

Really tasty food in very good portion sizes. Be sure to book in advance, a day should be fine or be prepared to wait! My husband and I had the florentine steak here the first night in Florence! It was 1.3kg, massive but very tasty (cost us €38 for 2 people but could feed 3!) We also came back for... More

Great food at a reasonable price. Highlight was the antipasti platter which was delicious. We also had the gnocchi with beef ragu which was okay, but the other dishes looked great.

We found this gem on the other side of the river due to recommendation from our receptionist. The 3e house vino Rosso was great, we had the baked cheese gnocchi and the tomato basil spaghetti and both were so delicious. Complimentary bread and olive paste as well as watermelon for dessert - the atmosphere was really nice and the staff... More

Went for dinner in the tourist season. Great location, friendly staff, but tables are very close together and a bit too intimate. The pasta we ordered with garlic and chili was, just that, a large plate of pasta with a couple of large slices of garlic just slapped in top. If eating only pasty is what you like, then ok,... More

First meal in Firenze and it was so good. Portions huge could not finish. Had a special it was so good. Buffalo Mozzarella with fresh tomatoes to start. House red wine 3 or 4 euro. The mussels with pasta garlic tomatoes and oil were so good. No room for dessert. Had to walk it off first. Add to your list.... More

Pasta with fresh tomatoes and basil, and the pasta with oil, garlic and chilli were both delicious! We arrived without a reservation at about 9 and were given free prosecco while we waited for about 20 minutes. Once we sat down the food was quick and delicious - fresh! Thanks x

Get the Rigatoni with tomato sauce and dry ricotta cheese! You will not be disappointed. Difficult to get a seat at dinner time, so I recommend going for Lunch. The portions are huge, perfect to share.

we found this restaurant based on the fact it was the closest restaurant to where we got lost. And it had a good review on TA. What a lucky find! We ordered an entirely too much food for lunch, but still enjoyed every bite. we ended up with the pasta first, even though we asked for it last. However, it... More
