Our family of five (two adults & three teenagers) had an exceptional lunch at Trattoria Omero. Although just a short 10 mins drive away from the craziness of the center of Florence, the restaurant feels totally serene and almost like being in the countryside. The views of the valley below with colorful flowers and distant homes are truly superb. We... More

Me and My girlfriend Poppy enjoyed every minute of being here, what a life saver after some of the other places down in the town centre. I would only go back to Florence to eat here as well as one or two other restaurants, the rest they can keep.

It was everything you would want. Full of Italian families, great food, great service and an amazing view. Felt like a different holiday in the hills but only 15 minutes from the Florence crowds

Walked from Ponte Vecchio for lunch on a beautiful sunny day. Well worth the effort. Everything about Omero is nice. Had ricotta cheese and spinach ravioli with sage butter and tortollini ragout. Quality ingredients, fresh and prepared very well. Loved it.

We had dinner at the Omero based on the recommendations on tour books. The restaurant is located in the hills so you will either need to drive or take a taxi. The Steak Florentine is great and the pasta is also very good. A very good way to end a trip to Florence.

A very entertaining taxi ride to the hills above Florence, Trattoria Omero is a lovely place with great food and lovely views (even though it was dark and we couldn't actually see much). The dinner and the wine were lovely and the service quite friendly. I would go back both for the food and the taxi ride.

In the hills South of Florence the Trattoria Omero is a short taxi ride from the city center. The service was impeccable and the staff very friendly. We actually had one of the best bottles of wine we've ever had here, by recommendation of our waiter. The atmosphere and the amazing view over the hills to the East leave a... More

We spent our last night at Omero's and it was by far the most amazing italian food, ever. Stunning view out over the hillsides above Florence, and fantastic service with a very handsome waiter. We took pictures of everything. The best prosciutto of our entire 3 weeks, and we ate in everywhere.

We had booked a table in advance as we only had a couple of nights in Florence and didn't want to miss out on coming here. The restaurant is about a ten minute drive (we took a taxi) out of the city, into the hills. When you arrive you think you are just going into a delicatessen, but then you... More

Our Host of villa Poggio Bella recommended this restaurant to us and after a little walk we came tot this beautiful Osteria. From te place where we are seated we had an amazing view at the famous Tuscan Hills. The food, wine and other drinks are from a very high quality and also the service of the OMERO-people !
