A nice restaurant

This restaurant was recommended by our guide. The waiter was nice. The food was good. I had the risotto alle verdure, excellent. My friend had ravioli ricotta, spinach e salvia, also excellent. The bavarese alle fragole was delicious. I would just say that we found the vine a little expensive for... read more

I had a little research about lasagnas in Florence and this place came out as good one. Me and my boyfriend, both ordered lasagnas and it was really good! Also the guy who served us, he was so nice, a big plus for him! A size of a portion was enough for me, but not enough for my boyfriend, so... More

Went to this restaurant during the evening due to a recommendation from our Florence city guide book, we were not disappointed. The service we received was excellent, the waitress was helpful and attentive. The food we ordered for starters and main were cooked well, fresh and very enjoyable (we did not have dessert). We also ordered wine and coffee, again... More

A friend recommended this restaurant and it is easy to see why. The food was wonderful and the service attentive. Actually one of the few restaurants we ate in that we sat among Italians vs. tourist. a pleasant addition to the evening.

This place is a little pricey, but is well worth it! The service is wonderful, the food is amazing and the view on the Piazza Santa Croce priceless. Great place to stop after vising the Basilica di Santa Croce and the Scuola del Cuoio. Came to this place twice in three days!

Our family of four ate here on our last evening in Florence. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The ambiance inside was very nice - it was busy - there were a couple of families with small children as well as older couples - and a mix of nationalities including Italian and French. (I thought it... More

I came here because it is close to where I am staying but I would come back again and again just for the Salame da ciocolate dessert which must be made in heaven. The service is excellent, attentive but unobtrusive.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Boccadama during our tour of Florence. The staff was attentive, and assisted with my accessibility need. Our guide recommended some delightful local dishes.

my husband and I had a delightful lunch. A 1/2 liter of house chianti, my husband had spaghetti Bolognese (meat sauce was tasty), I enjoyed the lasagna which was well prepared. The dolce, terramisu was delicious and homemade. Today our fellow diners appeared to be local. Price was reasonable.

After reading the reviews I went to try this restaurant but unfortunately it was closed. This has been a reoccurring theme for many places in florence that have been reviewed.
