Great

Nice atmosphere and great creative food. Worth a meal but make a reservation. They managed to look after my allergy as well. Was a lot of food so bring your appetite.

Such interesting interpretations of classic dishes and ingredients. The waiter sits down at the table to explain each course option. Another restaurant I will return to on my next visit to Florence. One of my most memorable meals.

Italian creative home cooking on the highest level. Truly beautiful food. Try the cheese cake. Incredibly homey yet refined. Check out their theatre next door - a very special setup!

This was our favorite dining experience in Florence. If you are a foodie, make this one of the stops on your lists! The food was just of incredibly high quality and so interesting, the service was impeccable and for us it was a very authentic experience. Definitely recommend getting a reservation if you can as the restaurant was pretty packed... More

Cristina ( who is lovely) explains the food---and it is excellent and unique and very Italian but non the less unique. The restaurant is expensive and in retrospect not worth it. The food is a bit heavy and I think the food may not be as good now as it once was. Go the the Trattoria next door which is... More

There was no written menu. they just came and sat down and told us what they had for the night which is great since everything is obviously fresh. They were happy to do a vegan menu for my wife and everything we had was great. I would go there again for sure. Its not cheap but its worth the money.

Food, people and experience. Had dinner at CIBRÈO this week and was happy it lived up to every expectation and its reputation. Highly recommend.

Booked a 9.30 pm slot last Saturday for my birthday treat. Arrived on time and had to stand in the tiny lobby for 25 mins. Staff were very hassled and no one greeted us or acknowledged we had a booking. Husband went off next door to both the café and trattoria they own to see if they had a table... More

By far the worst meal of a four day visit through Tuscany. Cibreo is a remarkably boring, grossly overpriced and genuinely mediocre place. It`s food you might find at a mid-level, rustic village trattoria--except that Cibreo costs 250 euros for two. Nothing that we ate was either interesting or good: utterly pedestrian "house antipasti" (salty-chewy `prosciutto`, chewy tripe, raw beans,... More

For my money, this is still the best restaurant in Florence, the one to beat all comers. Eschewing pasta or really anything familiar from a typical Italian restaurant, Cibreo challenges diners with earthy fare and complex flavors derived from Tuscany and only Tuscany, stressing freshness and thoughtful preparation, and rewards them with an abundance of delicious food that just keeps...
