My wife and I had an excellent meal at this cozy restaurant on December 29, 2014. Service was very nice - felt like we were in someone's home. One owner seemed delighted that my wife and I were asking many questions about the outstanding meal we had. Ingredients were excellent. I had the traditional Florentine cuddlefish entrée. Appetizers were also... More

This restaurant is very good, we'll served and has a good ambient! I didn't like the menu dough. Lack of choices, and not many options to drink as well. The only place in Italy that didn't had light coca! For me the distance doesn't worth the dinner.

If you appreciate fine dining and are willing to pay for it this is a "must" culinary experience while in Florence. The owner will come and sit at your table and discuss the menu with you, she really takes her time to answer all your questions. We had our 5 year old with us and the whole restaurant staff was... Nice atmosphere, good service, good food The owner comes and give information about the menu. Starters cost 15 €, main course 40€ and the desert 15 €. Everyday they serve different course. My favorite was pumpkin soup as a starter and artichoke as the main course. Worth to visit..:

By starters, very expensive and trapping. You get a price for the primmi, a price for the secondi and a price for dessert. Then, a lady comes and sits at the table and "explains" the dishes which are very elaborated and fancy, so it it hard to picture what you want to eat. She tells you about the primmi and... More

We recently visited the restaurant. It's on the pricey side compared to most and over rated. The feeling inside the restaurant is stiff. We were served soup; it was cold. I told the waiter and the owner. They argued it couldn't be. They went into the kitchen, tested the soup. Came back and confirmed it was not heated yet. They... More

Fabulous. Just fabulous. I really love this restaurant. A very memorable experience from start to finish. Such unique dishes in a warm environment that feels like we have been invited into their home.

we got lost wandering around the streets of Florence and literally walked into this place. Yes a concierge sat down with us and explained what was available and we largely followed her recommendations and the results were superb. when we showed interest in some other item on the menu, during the course of our lunch, complimentary tasters of what we... The way we were treated was so, so kind. And the food amazing. We stumbled into 'little Cibreo' or Cibreino while on a foray to the flea markets nearby. Try the pumpkin soup! Not surprised that this is a mini-empire. Loved reading the rules for the Salt Theatre on the wall as we ate. Yum yum.

Cibreo was a total dining experience. There is no menu, a concierge sits down at your table and explains each course for the night based on what is fresh and what the chef has prepared. Although some of the dishes sounded very unusual, we decided to "trust the chef" and we were not disappointed. Everything was delicious. This is definitely... More
