If you want Gianduia chocolates that melt in your mouth of some of the best quality, this is the place to get them. Even though they are a little pricy, they are some of the best ones you can eat. However they do not sell them in the middle of summer because they would melt due to the heat. They... More

Right on the Piazza della Signoria, opposite the Palazzio Vecchio and the copy of the famous David, this caffe is a brilliant place for a snack, a piece of cake, a nice hot or cold drink and the very best of Florentine atmosphere. Somehow I managed to end up there at least once every day.

Our group of 6 adults and 3 kids stayed just around the corner from Piazza della Signoria and were rather jet lagged on our fist morning. We came out and walked around looking for something to eat and this place was the only place that opened at 8am! We went from the very basic like cappuccino and a sweet pastry... More

This open air caffe, in the Piazza della Signoria was relaxing and fun. The food was good. I had Veal and the waiter was very nice to substitute and give me a half order of Ravioli as a side dish. It was very hot that day, but there were plenty of fans with misters-so nice! That night an orchestra was... More

Fabulous setting and great looking restaurant. Menu with good selection of dishes and was always busy with locals and tourists so obviously they must be doing something right! Our food was beautifully cooked and very tasty but he waiters always seemed too rushed to offer a truly great experience so for that I can only offer 4 stars, that being... More

We enjoyed coffee and exquisite pastries, looking onto the Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio. Its expensive, of course it is! Look around you - this location, this quality, wonderful service and even cooling mist fans when it gets really hot. Fantastic.

As said by others : very expensive, personal not friendly. Go to the piazza republica and enjoy the terrace scene there.

I spent about 45 minutes in the Caffe drinking their famous hot chocolate (E6.50) and people watching. After a long day sight seeing it was bliss.

this isn't cheap, we paid around 60 euros for a pasta meal and dessert and one drink each but it is a great location and the food was lovely. Service was also very good. It is situated on the Piazza di Signoria and opposite the palazzo Vecchio

I didn't have much time when I visited this restaurant so I only ordered one thing, the ravioli. It came in good time, and tasted great. The bread basket was quite good too but the water was a bit expensive. The dessert selection is incredible so I did get something to go which was delicious! And of course, the location... More
