We spent a week in Florence in July 2014 and visited Tre Merli 5 times for lunch, dinner, afternoon snack! My 14 month old son was enjoying tomato soup, olives, spaghettini. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant has great variety of Italian foods including delicious Pasta Imperiale with clams, biological wines from local Tuscany wine farms, boar dishes, Tuscany beef... More

I don't usualy do restaurant reviews, but i would really like to mention this restaurant because of the true Italian food and culture experience. The food was best in Florence, compared to other 7 restaurants that we visited and the price was very competitive. You will be lucky if you meet the owner, he might come up with some Italian... More

The fiorentina meat was the best piece of meat I have ever had in my life so far. I just loved it amazing flamed taste great with the Morellino wine which was great suggestion by the main waiter at "Tre Merli" . The atomosphere was basic Italian style, ordinary service and the cappuccino was just perfect after great meal overall.

We went in here for an early meal. Food was pretty ordinary, service Ok. Largely empty and all tourists. We were desperate but would not recommend.

Really good vale for money. The Morellino wine was great and so was the pizza. It had an authentic mafia allure that we enjoyed but also feared.

My husband and I decided to get pizza on the last night in Florence. We walked to Gusto but it was not open yet and on the way back happened upon this place. We walked in only to be greeted by a unfriendly staff. We were the only people in there yet they treated us like they could care less... More

One word, "fantastic". If you can't find anything to eat on the menu, you are too fussy and should stay home. This was the most authentic cuisine we had during our tour of Italy, with a very diverse menu chose. We had brilliant anti pasta, followed by the Big Bowel of sea food, and a braised rabbit - delicious. Tiramisu... More
