Typical tourist menu, ordinary food, but helpful staff

The menus are in English and we heard no Italian, but we wanted a light snack as we could not get into the restaurant we wanted. My pasta was greasy and a very small proportion. My husband's pizza was okay but not spectacular. He said it had a nice thin crust. The wine was thin. We would not... read more

I had the Quattro Formaggi Pizza it was really good. They have outdoor seating and it is nice sitting outside during the day for lunch.

Decently priced food. The spinach and ricotta ravioli with a ragu for starter was nice, and the Tuscan style rabbit for main had a wonderful sauce. The white beans I had for my side were massively overseasoned with rosemary, it was overpowering which was a disappointment. My main complaint was that it was very aimed at tourists- the menu was... Don't be tricked by the trip advisor sticker in the window. My wife and I sat down for a meal one evening and over all we're not that impressed. Our opinion is given below: 2 dollar per person cover: (F) this was not appreciated. We didn't sit outside and it wasn't a busy night. Artichoke crostini: (D) not much flavour,... More

Not great food. Ravioli wasn't very good. Pizzas were not the best, seemed like Pizza Hut with thin crust (extra greasy). Beers were relatively expensive. Also they charge a cover-charge of 2 Euro per person. For a club/bar, I get it, but not for dinner.

We popped in here one night for a quick meal having not tried it before and frankly we should not have bothered. My wife's pizza claimed to have four cheeses, but was just a strange cheesy mess on a thin pizza base, my chicken on rocket leaves was just that with none of the normal balsmic source - the pudding... My wife and I rented an apartment right across the street from this place for a few days on our honey moon last week, and in order to save money we chose to come here cause the pizza menu is posted out side and looked pretty affordable.......little did we know what our tastebuds were about to encounter! We were expecting... More

our first hour in Florence and we decided to stop and try this place. Big mistake! Very average food, very commercial and international, not real taste of Italy, not sure how it survives with so many good options around it. We had a tomato soup (that looked more like tomato sauce) and fish soup which had mode shells than soup.... More

My wife and I stopped in here without booking a table late one night. The service was quick and friendly. I had the rabbit and some potatoes. There was nothing extravagant about the meal, nor was there anything wrong. The restaurant itself is very beautiful and it was a very relaxed environment.
