We spent a couple of days in Florence and Capaccino was one of the best place to eat. Ask the owner for something really "local", if you're lucky you could find some "lampredotto" (tripe), and in the right period "ribollitta", strong flavor but really really tasty. Extremely fast and the owner is a really nice person. Pay attention, no toilet!
