Description: Timeless taste Tuscan Ribollita, inaugurated in November 2011, is in the catering as a typical Florentine trattoria where you can find the best tradition, in a comfortable atmosphere, courtesy and cuisine strictly homemade with fresh and selected short chain. After a few months of opening, Ribollita already has a good number of regular customers and for a quick business lunch or a dinner with family or friends. Great fried in a pan with brains, chicken and rabbit contandino, combined with crunchy vegetables in season, the traditional peposo Impruneta, a tasty steak of Chianina beef cooked on the grill, appetizing dish of white beans, sautéed veal kidneys, cutting boards crostini with chicken liver and spleen, cooked pork meats, noodles pasta with rabbit sauce, noodles with a blackthorn or mushrooms and many other dishes on the menu ... are our trump card! Every Friday we serve typical Tuscan dishes based on fresh fish. And ... finally ... a wide selection of homemade cakes and sorbets ice cream craft. Accompanies all good selection of red and white wines from the best wineries in Tuscany. There is also a garden for dinner under the stars! We are open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday. We are also open Saturday (dinner only) and Sunday (lunch only).
