Great wine and cheese !

Nice little hole-in-the-wall over the river in Oltrarno.a small patio or otherwise sit or stand at the bar. Very nice selection of good wines and nice selection of cheeses and cold cuts to go with, charming knowledgable waitress who has been there many years.

Perfect getaway from the stifling crowds around the Ponte Vecchio. A small wine bar with an intimate ambiance limited seating inside on bar stools around the bar and outside seating overlooking a quiet street. Great selection of Tuscan wines accompanied by a platter of meat and cheeses with bread. Not to be missed.

Loved this place, a few steps from the mad hoards at the Ponte Vecchio, but a world away being set back from the main drag.Wonderful selection of wines, local cheeses, and meat/salami plates. Special mention to Irlary, the multi-linguist waitress who was so welcoming...a real asset to the establishment. Enjoy.

My wife and I had the luxury of having a friend who moved to Florence, and this is one of the places she brought us. It was perfect - not far from the Ponte Vecchio, but a hidden gem. No crowd at all, and the sandwiches and small bites on the menu were amazing. What started off as a simple... More

Very pleasant wine bar with a large selection of Tuscana offerings. The cheese and salami plates are delightful.

On a cool day, we ate outside under plastic in a quiet piazza just across the ponte vecchia and shared a selection of cheeses with 4 house made jellies and bread and wine. Perfect! The waitress was very helpful and friendly.

Went here on recommendation from Travel and Leisure Magazine and so glad we did! Amazing griilled bread with melted cheese, perfect fresh tomatoes perfectly seasoned. Ordered cheese platter for two that could have fed four adults easily. Wide selection of wines. Mille grazie, Leonardo-from your new Seattle fans!

We were trying to eat lighter lunches while in Florence (and drink more wine) because dinners were late and large for the most part. This wonderful enoteca is just passed the Ponte Vecchio on the Oltrarno side, almost hidden in a small piazza steps from leaving the bridge. Seek them out and sit inside at the bar, where the owner... More

The wine bar hasn't changed since we first visited it 11 years ago. At least 1 waiter has been with them ever since. Great wine selection and lovely plates of cold cuts and cheese.

I visited this wine bar three days in a row, on a three day trip to Florence. It was that good! It was recommended to me by my Italian Renaissance professor, so I knew it was going to be wonderful. The staff is beyond friendly, and make the experience delightful. I was told that their Brunello is the best in... More
