A friend recommended I go here, adding that she "still dreams of Pino's paninis." Not going to lie, I dream about them now too. Don't miss this spot in Florence

This is our 2nd time to Florence and we went back to see if the food was as good as last year. We went in and Pino the owner remember us and the food was great. This place is very good priced and a great value.

Salumeria Verdi, otherwise known as "Pino's" is the BEST sandwich spot in all of Florence. Not only for their amazing panini but their atmosphere. Pino, the owner, his wife, Antonella, as well as his daughter are there every day preparing meals with their own hands for the customers they love. I lived in Florence for 4 months and was at... I studied abroad last semester in Florence, Italy, and had the time of my life. Pino's was only a 10 minute walk from my apartment, so I went there with my friends a few times a week. These are the best paninis I have ever had!! The truffle sauce is amazing, and basically anything you get on your panini is... More

This sandwich shop looks very normal from the outside, but their paninis are made with fresh ingredients and they're very tasty and ridiculously cheap. A great place for lunch!

We took a group here inspired by Trip Advisor reviews. It was hands down the best meal we had in Italy! The Springtime sandwich is the stuff dreams are made of. Don't miss this place. Very reasonably prices. You can't go wrong.

Fresh sandwiches made right in front of you, lots of options, and very cheap! Very friendly staff! Worth it for a quick lunch/dinner!

We were stumbling around Florence around 16:00 trying to find a place to eat before our flight out of Italy. Most places we could find were either closed or did not look like a great place to eat (Tourist traps). The place doesn't look like much from the street but Pino greeted us as we walked in and served up... More

Pop in here for their pasta of the day, it's delicious and very well priced! There is a nice seating area in the room next to the deli counter. Expect a mix of locals and language students.

I never thought i could enjoy a sandwich this much. Actually, this wasn't a sandwich, excuse my ignorance, but a Panini, something unique and traditional to the Tuscan region of Italy. The picture attached to this review can only represent 1/4 of the experience i've had while visiting this wonderful place. I guess 3/4 of the experience consisted in my... More
