Warm atmosphere in a very tight space with naturally friendly knowledgeable and polite owners rare in Italy. Three of us ate two pannini each and shared a beer and a bottle of water which came to euro 31 , so those on a budget may be hard pushed to warrant the expense. A positive experience

Stefano's pizza is veeeeery tasty!! Enjoyed it two times. Not really big variety but all flavors are interesting and not traditional for non-italians. Really like it!! Coming to Florence next month.. Can't wait to taste this pizza again! !

We had a hard time finding this place, based on the Trip Advisor app, but we're glad we sought it out, as the sandwiches were great. This small take-out shop is a great place to grab a sandwich or quick bit to eat. We liked our sandwiches so much, we got right back in line and ordered another! The second... More

Definitely the best focaccia sandwich I had in Florence. The focaccia was very fresh and they will make you any combination you like. They prepare all the sandwiches fresh, on the spot. Not like other panini bars, where sandwiches are made once a day. Service is attentive and friendly and prices are cheap. Great place!!!!!

We grabbed two sandwiches on the way out of town, and we did not find it out of the way at all. We didn't go with anything fancy, but I recommend the salami with arugula (rocket). It was just fatty enough to be savory but nothing too rich to be inedible. We also sampled the porchetta, which was delicious but... More

A hard-to-find storefront, and only 5 seats, but definitely worth it! Both the pizza and sandwiches were excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were extremely reasonable also. Just a block east of the ponte de Vecchio..

My husband and I wanted to have a typical, light Italian lunch and we happened upon Amici di Ponte Vecchio as we were exploring the Oltrarno. It turned out to be the best lunch we've had during our 2 weeks in Italy! Simple and delicious sandwiches, eaten while standing up or, if you are lucky, sitting on one of the... More

Our first day visiting Florence was rainy and cold. In between visiting the many museums in the center city, we dodged into Amici Di'Ponte to get some lunch and get out of the rain. The food choices were so diverse, we asked one of the servers to just make us up two plate's of assorted food that he especially liked... More

We popped in over lunch for some sandwiches. Some interesting choices. We skipped the sliced pizza, but had the "toro" and "scorpio" sandwiches which were served hot and were so tasty that we will be going back for lunch again tomorrow. Prices are also reasonable. We also saw some Local regulars coming in which is always a good sign
