Not sure who rate this joint excellent. Pizza was soggy floppy. With the margherita pizza there was literally two pieces of basil on the pizza. Waste of a meal in florence.
Pizzas were large, but thin with toppings 'melting' off. Not worth trying, although staff was helpful and prices were decent. Salad was simple, but flavorful. No pasta available. Will not be back
Had a slice of pizza, cost was 2.5-3 Euros. Crust was thin, pizza was a little cold after heating, tasted a little like cafeteria pizza, crust was not great. Very disappointed with the pizza. On the bright side, they had friendly service.
We stumbled on this restaurant by chance and were lured in because lots of locals were eating there. Pizzas were brilliant and I recommend the salads which could be customised at a negotiated price. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we got a lot of good quality food for the money.
I really had my hopes high after reading here about the place, but after last night i was quite dissapointed. I ordered a "capricciosa" and it wasnt interesting at all - barely enough filling to cover the pizza, the dough was good but not amazing. The waiter was really nice though.
Decent pizza, but nothing spectacular. Looks like a very kid friendly restaurant close to the Duomo.
The kids loved the pizza. Delicious cheese and crust. It was in a great location just steps from our hotel. The hospitality was great. Nothing to dislike here.
My partner and I stumbled across this little gem in back street near the Duomo. The pizza and salads are so fresh and tasty and the staff are incredibly friendly. The food is also really cheap, especially when you consider the location. We dined here twice, once take-away and once we ate in. This place gets really busy so you... More
Great little pizza, calzone, panini restaurant on a quiet street near the Duomo. One of the best salad offerings and pizza, calzones were outstanding. We visit Florence on a regular basis and this will be on our "go to" list. The prices are extremely reasonable.....a mixed salad 5.50 Euros and pizzas at 7 Euros. Pizza , calzone and salads large... Went here for dinner with my wife --- Via S. Elisabetta was under some pretty heavy construction at the time, but worth wading through it! Waiter recommended the house special (Salami, Eggplant, Zucchini) and even added artichoke at my request. They had a good selection of beer on tap as well, and what goes better with Pizza than Beer? The... More
