Visited Sergiobar 6 June 2014. Nice terrace with view on the Duomo. Quality reasonable, but highly overpriced. Pay for the view?

Nice place right across from Duomo where you can sit in the shade and get a nice sandwich and a drink of water very quickly. Great for people watching as well.

The waiter was so unfriendly, he didn't even look at us when we gave him our order. Then he did interrupt us in our sentence and said he will come back soon.. Capucciono tastes 'basic' and one (very little compared to other gelaterias) scoop of chocolate ice cream costs 4€

Breakfast was at Sergiobar. The prosciotto and arugala sandwich was delightful. And my husband loved his pastry and cappuccino to go. Located by the Duomo, this was a great spot to grab a quick breakfast.

Stopped for casual drinks and lunch. 5e Premixed cokes and soft drinks. We asked for cold Panini and were served toasted. To prove that they were soft the waiter stuck his finger (without gloves) into the sandwich. Terrible service, terrible food - classic tourist trap with a view of the Doumo. In summary avoid if at all possible.

One of the biggest ripoffs in Florence. 5 Euros for a soda, 5 Euros for gelato that is not as consistent. It even has ice particles/shavings in it. The only reason why it stays there is because of the view, and quite frankly, that's all you are paying for

Very rude, very slow, tourist food. 5,00 for a coke, 5,00 for a small gelato Give the money to a poor person in the piazza, you will feel better!

Facing the south side of the Duomo cathedral makes for a dramatic backdrop to this restaurant. Like most of Florence's cafes and eateries, Sergio Bar offers outdoor seating in a tented area which is nice when the weather is good. The menu and special lunch menu were presented in English, which is great, and the options offered good variety (surprisingly,... More

It had been a long day, getting from Venice to Florence, then finding our hotel, which turned out to be right around the corner from the Duomo. We decided to have an early dinner and even though we had been told to never eat close to the tourist attraction, the location of Sergio Bar was too good to resist. No... More
