They close at 7:29 pm and are also closed on Sat/Sun so plan your visit! If you like wine, this is a must stop. Interesting cellar and darling sales person who made the whole experience of picking out wine fun. Great place to escape from the crowds!

We enjoyed 2 different wine flights accompanied by inclusive bruschetta/ meat and cheese. Friendly staff, small bar but overall a great visit for sampling some delicious wines. Their wine cellar is available to pick and chose bottle which they will serve for a nominal corkage........... next time!

Had great bruschetta and tried 3 Tuscan wines for 15 euro. A very decent value for the amount you are served. Be sure to check out the wine cellar- it is quite nice! Overall a quality experience.

Do not miss this Enoteca. It has a fantastic wine cellar attached to it. Choose your own bottle of wine, bring it upstairs and they will open it for you to consume with your meal. Great food and very friendly service.

Great wines, great service and lovely tapas style food. A hidden gem! We're given complementary tapas with wine in the bar. You can also buy wine and drink it in the bar at €3 corkage

Stopped here for a tasting as part of a tour. The cellar is huge and the tasting area downstairs is very private. The staff were very knowledgeable and able to answer lots of questions about wines we'd had on our trip and give us additional advice about buying wine. Advice: when in Bologna and you drink an amazing pinoleto, buy... More

We stopped in for a flight of Tuscan wines. The wines were excellent and reasonably priced. They serve a nice pour too. Our server sat down with us an offered an informative discussion of the wines and the Sangiovese grape. We are experienced wine drinkers and found the discussion very interesting. A wonderful, friendly and classy place.

Lovely chilled out atmosphere away from the tourist heavy piazzas. Great wine and very knowledgeable staff. Cheers!!

Staying in Duomo

Neighborhood Profile
Duomo
Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city. The historic center is characterized by the immensity of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city as it was in ancient times, with maids walking in the main square and horses carrying coaches. Nowadays, roads are busy with street artists. Rustic Tuscan bakeries give way to fashion shops; just stop for a few minutes in the middle of Piazza della Repubblica to enjoy the colors and sweet melody of the carousel that will bring back great memories from anyone’s childhood.
