At Antica Trattoria “da Tito” dal 1913, we had great service, great fun, great wine, and great food. My wife and I have been to Florence several times and were there again for five days this May. When traveling, we make a point of not going back to restaurants we’ve eaten at before, but we will make an exception for... More

Our family of four chose this restaurant as our place to experience bistecca fiorentina in Florence during our August visit, based on the TA review and Rick Steve's rave review. It's a 15 minute walk from the tourist center on a not very commercial street. The restaurant has an informal, lively atmosphere, with music playing, and the famous Bobo was... More

I have no idea why other reviewers bother to criticise this restaurant. It means that they have not done their research properly. The signs on the door should be sufficient warning that this place is not for the meek and mild. The music from within also signifies that this is a lively, fun restaurant. Bobo and his team are energetic,... More

I was there aftr reading the reviews on trip advisor, but honestly i don't understand this success. the food is ok but nothing special compared to other restaurants in florence... but it's really a mess!!! the music is too loud, the waiters are arrogant and rude, their mail goal is to get their clients and themselves drunk. the result is... We had to wait 30 mins for a table which we were very happy to do considering we hadn't booked. The staff we very welcoming, friendly and entertaining. We had the platter of cured meat to share which was great and the wild bore pasta and gnocchi for mains which were ridiculously good. Followed by some complimentary liqueurs. The loud... More

Alright, so in Firenze for the 6th time in 4 years, cannot get enough of Italy. I got lost which is my favorite activity in Italy, and came across this restaurant and an amazing pizzeria right next to it. Couldnt decide what to do, so day one was the pizza place which was to die for, day two was Tito.... More

We had a great time with good food and wine. The other tables were occupied by the most part by other tourists. English was the language de jour. The servers are good natured and the meal is a great improvement on the tourist traps downtown. Can get expensive if you order the steak. The 70's music can get a little loud.... More

My fiancee and I had a wonderful time at Tito. It's not the cheapest meal you will eat in Florence, but the prices aren't THAT bad, and the food is definitely worth it. Our server recommended a great bottle of wine (given only a rough price point) and we really enjoyed the favas with pecorino and pappardelle cingale as well... More

We had been recommended to this restaurant but although it was lively I found the whole experience very disappointing. The initial welcome was fine, the food pretty average but then we were rushed out at the end with no time for cheese, coffee or dolce. The waiters seemed quite arrogant and I noticed that the music that is play is... More

We always tell the costumers at what time They HAVE TO LEAVE the table, When it is already booked later!!!! So If you accept the del to eat in that time, you CANNOT complain for it!!! Instead... It's good education and RESPECT for our job, Standing up and coming to the cash for paying your bill When it's time to... More

The staff amazing the atmosphere top notch and upbeat. The florentine steak is the best I tried in Italy. The meat quality is amazing. The pricing and the complimentary shots are also great. My wife and I were made to feel like old friends in our 4 visits over 7 nights. The best restaurant I have been to ever!
