We went to this lively little place to celebrate my mother-in-laws birthday. A great, welcoming atmosphere and absolutely superb food and wine!! We had our own "tasting menu" from antipastis, pastas and different sorts of meat. The italian meatballs was to die for! A great place to enjoy your evening, not only because of the Limoncello-shots after dinner.. Thank you... More

"Da Tito" might not be the most fanciest, the most central or the best known trattoria in Florence, but the food is simply and honestly good, authentically Italian. You get the feeling there that this place has been around a long time, and then you realize that in fact it has. The atmosphere is a mixture of business and family... More

We went here on our first night in Florence and it set a very high standard for the rest of the trip. They were able to squeeze us in without a reservation at 7.30 on a Friday night and we were so glad they did. From the beginning the waiters were friendly and attentive, and made sure we were happy... More

This place clearly has a rputation and a clear identity - I liked that. It says the music is loud and they say clearly - they only cook steak RARE - which is the Florentine way and fine with me. The atmosphere is indeed loud and buzzy with young energetic waiting staff - which is all great. My Florentine style... More

Everyone says that you have to try the steak, and I will go ahead and parrot the recommendation. A word of caution though, it really is as rare as people say it is. That doesn't detract from it in my opinion, especially since the sauce that it's served with is rich and paired well with the steak, but I figure... More

If you like under- done meat this is the place to go. Huge steaks completely raw in the middle. I had the homemade pumpkin ravioli which was absolutely gorgeous. You need to book.

Amazing food, great ambience (extremely local and not touristic) and outstanding service! The staff really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable, the best meal of the entire trip by far. I would go back to Florence just to visit this place again, a truly amazing experience and a LOT of fun! Best dish Linguine alla... More

Very good bisteca a fiorentina! Lots of music, lots of movement, lots of fun! If you are looking for a calm and romantic restaurant where you can eat in silence then this is not the restaurant for you! However if you are looking for a restaurant with music, a very enthusiastic owner and an incredible steak with 1,2kg this is... More

This place was the culinary highlight of our stay in Florence. The Florentine steak was incredible! The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome especially with limoncello(sp) at the end. We would highly reccomend this place to anyone visiting Florence. Make reservations because we woukd of went back more if we could have.

We'd seen this place on TripAdvisor so thought we would try it out on our first night in Florence. Really good local cuisine... We had the sharing board to begin which was heaven! We then chanced our arm with the florentine steak! We were warned it would be rare (i usually eat my steak medium rare) and it was cooked... More
