RivaReno Gelato is synonymous with a constant quest in the world for all natural ingredients for their freshness, purity, intense flavours and overall highest grade qualities. Our gelato contains no hydrogenated fat, preservatives, anti-oxidants and artificial colourings. One of the most important ingredients of gelato is milk. The quality of our milk and the way we process it contains the secret of the intensity and the extraordinary taste of RivaReno Gelato. RivaReno Gelato is made only with alpine milk and cream from the Stura Valley in Piedmont. The Stura Valley is situated on the border between the Cozie and Maretime Alps in the province of Cuneo of the Piedmont region. Each RivaReno store has a lab where every flavour is made by adhering to high standard production processes. Our gelato is made daily in small batches several times a day to ensure ultra-freshness. RivaReno Gelato is not displayed in the typical ice-cream counter where customers can see the products. Our gelato is contained in the traditional Italian cylindrical containers deep inside the counter so as not to be exposed to the air for better conservation. We do not use colorants or preservatives nor do we need to use air to "puff up" our gelato. RivaReno sources the world for the best raw materials. The intenseness of our gelato comes from generous dosage of those materials of the highest qualities. We also use cones that contain less sugar so that our customers actually taste the genuine flavours of our gelato rather than being "distracted" by the sweetness of the cones. INTENSO, VELLUTATO, CREMOSO. BUONO PERCHE SEMPRE FRESCO. Un piacere per il palato dalle caratteristiche inconfondibili che si riconosco al primo assaggio. Il gelato RivaReno e il risultato unico di un giusto equilibrio fra intensita di sapori, consistenza avvolgente e giusta temperatura di servizio. Materie prime di altissima qualita e il loro corretto dosaggio fanno si che ad ogni assaggio del gelato RivaReno si percepisca chiaramente il gusto di ogni singolo ingrediente. La cura costante nella ricettazione, il dosaggio equilibrato di zuccheri e grassi, uniti a una formulazione attenta impediscono la formazione nel gelato di cristalli di ghiaccio e gli donano un'inconfondibile consistenza vellutata e cremosa. La temperatura cui il gelato viene servito, piu alta rispetto alla norma, favorisce la percezione distintiva dei sapori dando la sensazione di gustare un gelato meno freddo del solito. Top Notch Gelato

This is one of the best overall gelatos in Florence. Of all the gelaterias this was the best texture I found. All the flavours, from pine nut to kiwi are creative and flavourful. I would revisit this artisan in a heartbeat. This truly was amazing!

This is one of the best overall gelatos in Florence. Of all the gelaterias this was the best texture I found. All the flavours, from pine nut to kiwi are creative and flavourful. I would revisit this artisan in a heartbeat. This truly was amazing!

This was the winner in our minds of the best gelato we had during our recent trip to Italy. The flavors offered were interesting, the gelato was freshly made. Service was friendly and pleasant. Prices pretty standard. The only disappointment was we got lost trying to find it the last day we were in town and couldn't have it again.

Unique flavors. Mascarpone was an unexpected hit. My teen age daughters loved it. Worth a few minutes extra walk.

This is a gelateria with several locations in different cities, but the quality of the gelato is really good. There is a mascarpone flavor that gets topped with liquid gianduja (hazelnut-chocolate) that is delicious. The sales people are always very polite. For some reason it seems to close really early most days, but its worth stopping by for the top... More

This is my top pick for gelato in florence. I have been in Florence for 3 months and tried almost all of the most popular places for gelato and this place definitely takes the cake! The staff is suppper friendly and they have a wide variety of flavors. I had the stracietella and it was amazing!

This is my top pick for real italian gelato in Florence. Here's a great tip. If you can actually see the gelato, it's no good. Only eat the gelato that is in tubs and whipped and served when you order it, the stuff you can see is fake.

I had pistachio and coffee gelato, both delicious and so creamy! The pistachio was, hands down, the best pistachio I've ever had: so intensely flavored with just the slightest salty touch, to bring out the nutty flavor. Oh, how I wish I could be there right now!

We tried around a dozen gellateria in Florenze but the best was this one. We weren't hungry but we thought we should try it and I'm glad we did. Perfect ice cream.

After being in Rome, my fiancé and I needed to find another Gelato place to satisfy our cravings. We found this amazing gem in Florence! Wow, we were blown away by the flavours. Their specialty is a black cherry vanilla flavour which tastes absolutely amazing! We also ended up ordering our gelato by weight because we wanted the same flavours!... More
