My favorite gelato price location and taste

I wish I had time to go back to this gelateria as it was yummy, the staff friendly and the location was beautiful. The price was also great and the atmosphere was just so comfortable so my family hung around and chatted for awhile as we didn't want to leave.

We tried this place because of its high rating . But... Staff was like...hurry up! hurry up! We didn't have a chance to choose properly what we want! My daughter was so dissapointed...I took pear and tiramisu and the second one wasn't frozen at all! It was like whipped cream.

Now you know why every night there is a line out the door extending to the other side of the street. Just as good as you can get.

They have all flavours you can imagine and it tastes like heaven! My favourite was cheese cake. If you're in Firenze, you definitely should go there.

Worth going to. Selections were solid if not amazing or varied, and the quality is good. The mango was down right awesome while the rest were good on their own. Service couldve been better but at least it wasnt unpleasant.

We had a list of top gelateria to try for the trip. But location could always be the barrier given the sites we needed to cover. We could not find couple on our list which were supposed to be close to Uffizi or Ponte Vecchio, but knowing this one being on the way back to hotel, and with a long... More

When we planned our trip to Italy, I decided that Gelato would be one Italian specialty that I would try at least once a day. In our 2 week tour from the north of Italy to the south I must have tried 2 dozen gelato places, from Venice to Rome. La Carraia was, hands-down the BEST. I tried to limit... More

Whilst out walking the streets there are so many Gelataris but we as a group stumbled across this one, the was a large queue, but this was a sign of the popularity of this place! The ice cream was really cheap but very high quality, the staff were all smiling happy and chatty! Lovely place right next to the river!

We tried this place because of its high rating on trip advisor. Sadly it didn't live up to expectations. The gelato was good but not great and not worthy of being called the second best in Florence. It was too sweet for our liking and the serves were a bit small compared to other places. We had better at other... More

With so many Gelaterias on every street, finding this on the last day may have been a good thing. After a perfect dinner, our waiter told us that this was the best in Firenze and worth the wait. He was right. The line goes so quickly you almost don’t have time to decide which of so many amazing looking flavors... More
