Oibo cafe has attracted us with its modern looks. We went there after visiting Basilica of Santa Croce. We were looking for a cosy and not obviously for tourists cafe to have our morning dose of caffeine. Espresso at the bar costs 1 euro. Locals also come here for a quick coffee. Staff is not very friendly but maybe they... More

Lively atmosphere . The staff seem to enjoy their work. The glossy photographs of the meals look very appetising and the presentation of our meals did not disappoint.Good value for the money.

Tried this place after reading a complimentary review online. The staff got our drinks order wrong, were very rude when I explained that what they had given me was incorrect, and the bill was beyond overpriced. I live in Italy with my girlfriend, and I can confidently say this place is not typical of an Italian bar. In a city... More

We sat here quick for lunch in between all our walking and sight seeing since it's pretty centrally located. The menu was not super appealing to me, since I don't LOVE pizza, but there were a lot of great looking pizzas on there for those who do. I got a minestrone soup that was quite honestly dreadful. However, we got... More

We went here based on a recommendation in our Wallpaper travel guide. The restaurant was described as trendy and the food as traditional with a contemporary twist. Alas, we were left disappointed. The menu looked like something one would expect at a motorway cafe. Large, laminated images of generic looking food. The menu proclaimed frozen pizza bases with only the... More

I found this "restaurant" this afternoon through a quick google search and Trip Advisor recommendation. The Guardian newspaper also recommended this trendy, hotspot in Florence. I went there with a buddy of mine on a beautiful fall day, sun shining, people out and about. We sat down and each of us ordered a water, cheeseburger, and a salad. The water... More

We stopped here while we were walking around in Florence--needed something for lunch. We lucked out--ordered pizza and pasta and both were delicious. Our pizza had anchovies and capers with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese---mmmmm good with a crispy crust. Pasta we ordered was spaghetti with meat sauce---and again, very good. So glad we found this because we needed some... More

I went here with four friends for apertivo. For 8 Euro we got one fancy cocktail and unlimited plates at the delicious buffet of food. Pasta salad, liver, tomato bread, small wraps, fruit, vegetables, and meat just to name a few. We really loved that new, different food was occasionally brought out so we got to try a lot of... After some great shopping in Peruzzi we can across with two hungry teenagers for a quick lunch. Wide variety of choices on the menus. The waitress greeted us immediately and in a very friendly fashion. Service continued to be good throughout the meal. Clean washrooms and restaurant area. Typical Italian choices but everything was well prepared. Top of the hat.
