Amazing food and service. Home made pastas and friendly staff. Authentic feeling and away from tourist traps.

Pre-jazz club dinner with my Mum whilst in Florence. Great meal - delicious food, lovely people sat near us and great staff. The chef even gave away detailed instructions to the ladies on the table next to us on how he makes the Ribollita (which was SO good). If I was ever in in Florence again I'd head here.

This place was a 2 minute walk from our apartment and EVERYTHING we ate there was delicious. Our favorite waitress allowed us to call her Kiki, and treated us as friends from the first time through the 10th time we ate there. The beef stew, the gnocchi, the pappardelle with boar ragu, osso bucco, the cheesecake...unlike most gelatinous cheesecake, it... More

The homemade gnocchi with ragu will make you want to go in the back and French kiss the chef. The bill make you want to French kiss your wallet.

A warm neighborhood place, but early on a Friday night they do not have half the dishes on the menu. No this, no that, no mushrooms, no pears, etc., etc. I think we could have done a lot better on this night in Florence.

Absolutely faultless. 'the best dining experience we've had to date.' Everything about our dinner here was perfect, to the point where we came back the next night and would have done again if we didn't have to leave. It may sound like a lack of exploration to go to the same place twice on a short visit but we were... More

We decided to make lunch our main meal of the day, since we knew we'd be at the Uffizi until it closed around 8:30. This place was two minutes from our hotel, and I had liked the look of it when I walked by earlier in the week. They had a three-course lunch menu for 12 Euro! No wonder there... More

We stumbled upon Trattoria Accadi while searching for another TripAdvisor recommendation. We decided to give it a try because it looked so inviting and the menu was intriguing. Like other reviewers we were thrilled with this charming, friendly restaurant. The food was top notch, a cut above many other restaurants. The menu included interesting local specialties that we found nowhere... More

I almost didn't write this review because what am I going to add? I too ate dinner here twice, found the food a cut above any other restaurant we tried in Florence and more moderately priced than some others that weren't as good. So, thinking about this in detail, I figured out what to say - go. Try it. It's... More
