Great food. Excellent steaks and pasta! We are going again tonight! We got our food to take out and it was cooked to order.

We were greeted by our waitress Elena, who spoke wonderful english. We speak some Italian, but it was a nice break to speak English. The food was delicious and very traditional. The cost was much less expensive than eating in the center of Florence. It is right around the corner from the Hotel Orcagna. Delightful experience. Highly recommended for a... More

We expected to see the garden (as far ad I can read the sign said there is a garden inside) but maybe I was wrong. Surely we expected more from the food itself, pizza was overpacked with cheese and ham making it impossible to eat, tomato souce was one of the worst I had a chance to encounter in Italy.... More

I ate here with my family a couple of times when I was on holiday in Florence and it was incredible each time. Excellent quality food made with love and amazingly reasonable prices, 2-3 courses were 10-15 euros. Pizza, pasta and desert were all delicious and the waitresses were really friendly and speak English, Spanish and of course Italian. Massively... More

This was one of our best meals. Unfortunately we did not book ahead so we ate upstairs and there was a big tour group. Ask for a table in the lovely wine bar downstairs.

If you would like to eat well in a place filled with Italians rather than tourists, Fuori Piazza is well worth the short walk outside the center of Florence (most of the walk is in a picturesque pedestrian zone). Impressive quality and friendly service combine with extraordinary value, especially at the special lunch prices. Try the bistecchina di maiale (pork... More

The four cheese pizza is fantastic. Also, try the risotto with gorgonzola and pear. Good atmosphere and has a nice garden with tables and comfortable seating.
