We had read about this restaurant here on trip advisor and, based upon those reviews, we put it on our short list of places to try during our four night stay in Florence. During our two weeks in Italy, this was the very best restaurant we ate it. Period. We ate there our first night in town, and it was... More

The food was good , but not great. It was a very pleasent restaurant, and a great selection of wine. Service was a little lacking in the beginning but recovered quickly. Overall a pleasant experience but not something that i will miss. the prices i would consider on the higher side of reasonable.

This little restaurant a bit north of Santa Croce had fine though unremarkable food, but at very good prices. And for the fixed prices, there was a certain amount of flexibility in what you got, so if you are on a budget, it is worth considering. It seems to be busy much of the time, and reservations are recommended.. Not... More

The service was impeccable. The wine recommendation was spot on and the food was delicious. We had the Papardelle Ragu, which was a pork meat sauce. The other was a pasta with lamb, which was was outstanding as well. The fried zucchini flowers were a unique treat as well. This is a must visit.

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel. The service was exceptional, and the wine recommended was fantastic. We had classic steak florentine- it was perfect . Definitely don't miss!

The food was absolutely delicious, great traditional Tuscan recipes. The portions are really big though, so be ready to spend a little time for your dinner. Great service too, our waiter helped us choose the best dishes.

We found this restaurant on our last night in Italy. That was the bad news, the good news was the owner managed to squeeze us in. Don't take a chance, make a reservation as soon as possible. The bread soup is incredible, as are the chicken liver pate toasts and the seafood pasta.

We visited this restaurant two years ago and had the most amazing experience of our trip. I was hesitant to return feeling that it couldn't possibly measure up. I was right and wrong. The service wasn't poor but wasn't special. The food however was just as amazing as we had remembered. The chef changes the menu every six months so... More

We had a fantastic meal here on our last night in Firenze. The waiter gave great wine recommendations that paired well with our entrees and desserts. I went explicitly to try the bistecca fiorentina, and my wife doesn’t care for rare steak, so I knew I’d be paying extra for a bigger portion. The waiter was very friendly though and... More

We came here for dinner after hearing lots of great reviews on tripadvisor. We ordered the house wine which was pretty good. We had a pasta seafood dish which was great also. But we also ordered the lamp cutlets. When we got the dish we immediately were put back by the size of the cutlets. I don't know if this... More
