A proper restaurant experience

We had seafood and the table side service of sea bass blew us away. My girl told me it was the best dish she ever had (seafood spaghetti), I was also very pleased. Ok prices, really good service from the personnel. Well deserves TA recommendations!

Please book a table and go there, people! We tried to have a table for the first night in florescent but it's fully booked. So, we went on 2nd night based on reviews here and we weren't disappointed at all. We had scallops and capaccio for starter which was very nice. My husband was very impressed with his scallops. Then... More

Our B&B host recommended this place as her family favourite. We ate there on our first evening in Firenze/Florence and loved it so much we went back for our other night. We were travelling with a very busy and quite tired two year old, but they made us very welcome anyway. The food was excellent, and they have a great... More

Struggled to find the restaurant, but then again me and my partner are rubbish with a map and spent the whole 3 days getting lost! I would recommend booking a reservation, we nipped in the afternoon before. As we got there the on Saturday at 7pm, another group where waiting outside who hadn't reserved and said they would be able... More

Great Place, Amazing Food, welcoming hospitality. My wife and i went to dinner there and experienced the best food taste I can say that i had "The Best Steak in my entire life" The owner was very helpful and even helped us in selecting the wine. If you are in Florence, you definitely have to go there.

I reckon that they offer your money back in food. The service is good and some traditional dishes are remarcable.

My husband and I visited on the recommendation of our B&B and we really enjoyed our meal. We split the seafood appetizer (Ganzi's "large pan of warmed seafood") and it was delicious. We also split a fish dish and cod ravioli. The waitstaff was very attentive and all of the food we had was very good. Definitely recommend!

Despite the confusing door-numbering system of Florence we still made it to what some other reviewers called 'the best bisteccha Fiorentina in Florence'. Well Domenico and Matteo (the latter apparently being the chef) did not disappoint. Knowing the generous portions of meat we ordered just the classic t-bone (cooked rare as it should be) and a side salad along with... More

Our server had an emotional meltdown over serving a group of six without reservation. One meal was served raw, and when addressed when the bill came, we explained that nobody came to check on us; we were told that this was our fault, that it was not his problem. We waited 15 minutes to get our bill, and overheard his... More

I visited with my wife based on reviews on here and we were not disappointed. It was the best meal of our stay in Florence. The traditional florentine steak to share was incredible. I apologise to the gent serving as I don't know his name, but he was more than helpful in selecting a good wine to go with the... More
