Thanks to a relative of one of our group the restaurant put on a fabulous dinner for 40. We had 4 course and a wonderful dessert and a good house wine . The service was excellent and although we ate inside they had both in and out seating. I would love to go back.

I saw from the map that this was close to our hotel, read the reviews and decided to try it. My wife and I wanted only a light meal so we picked from first courses. She had Lasagna and I had Tuscan Soup and Pasta with shredded Duck. All were very good. Service was excellent. They gave us complimentary small... More

This is a wonderful little place suggested by our hotel. It is quite charming looking, and the food was very good. Tuscan style home cooking, I believe.

At the recommendation of a friend, I ate porcellino at this Floence restaurant named after its most precious porker. I highly recommend the wild boar and their house chianti. Enjoy a family dining establishment in the heart of Florence near the Ponte Vecchio.

This delightfull restaurant is situated off Via Porta Rossa in a short alleyway called Via Val Di Lamona . There was quite a lot of bustle and noise early evening from market stall holders but later the atmosphere was great. Waiters are professional and friendly and the food and wine excellent. Plenty of seating inside and several tables on the... More

Situated in an alleyway off Via Porta Rossa and not far from the Ponte Vecchio. Has plenty of indoor seating and several tables on the verandah alongside the alleyway that is Via Val di Lamona. The market stall holders can create quite a lot of noisy activity in the alleyway in the early evening. The service was very good. The... More

Our hotel hosts said we'd enjoy this one but the four of us that went were disappointed. The wait staff was unengaged, the food was just average, the house wine was bottled and not exceptional in any way, and a large party of very young people made it very loud. We would not rush to recommend this one, there are... More

We went there for lunch on the advice of our tour guide at the Accademia and were not disappointed. We enjoyed it so much we went back the same night for dinner. Great service and delicious food!

We had a lovely dinner after wandering Via dei Tornabuoni, and were entertained by a wedding being held at the end of the corridor....wonderful added ambience and music. The sad of melon and feta with arugula was a fresh combination and very good. We each had steak prepared different ways...with pepper sauce and with pine nuts&raisins. Equally good. The lemon...
