We went on a recommendation from someone at our hotel. We felt like we were eating in Mama's house! She waited on us personally and made sure all was ok-throughout our meal. We are a family with teens and we all enjoyed the food, as well as the atmosphere of the trattoria! What a wonderful experience!

The food was fantastic. Mama waits on you personally and runs a tight ship. The Streak Florentine is delicious. Our teens also loved the place. We highly recommend this restaurant. Everything on the menu the we had was fantastic and the family run trattoria atmosphere makes for an enjoyable evening.

Excellent service, diverse menu, plenty of locals. Osso bucco, ravioli with shrimp, zuppa all very tasty and served hot. Bigger than it looks. Very attentive waiters. Portions were fairly large and I would recommend sharing several courses instead of ordering separately. We had too much food and couldnt even consider dessert. I thought it fairly priced. House Chianti was also... More

There are not enough characters to describe this experience, it was my favorite one in Florence. My boyfriend had been there earlier, and said I must go, and show his picture to Momma, the proprietress. She of course remembered him, and then treated me like family too. We made reservations for a late dinner and sat outside in the beautiful... More

I was so satisfied of my dinner on July 31st that I went back there for lunch the next day, just to be sure to avoid bad experiences. Very good fiorentina but what was outstanding were the zucchini fritti and the ravioli. Very nice terrace

Honestly my favorite restaurant of them all. You truly can't make a bad order, everything is carefully made with very excellent components. Tips for success-- don't question la mama, she knows best. Always. Also, don't try to tell her how you want your Bistecca Fiorentina cooked. Pretty much, what she says is the truth and if you don't question it... More

Pandemonio is a tiny bit off the beaten track, but if you're in the area to see the Brancacci Chapel, it's only a bit further on. Pandemonio has been going for decades and is clearly marked in red on the tourist map so you will hear many languages at surrounding tables, though nb some will be Italian. My starter of... More

My review is a little late, but better late than never! We were referred to Pandemonio by the Westin, and we were not disappointed. It was by far one of the best meals we had while in Italy- which is saying a lot considering all the GREAT meals we had there. The owners really did make you feel like part... More

We had a very nice time at Pandemonio, but it was a bit "showy" for me. The attention of the owner was a bit too much for my taste, and the steak was very rare. It is Florentine style to serve it rare, but this was nearly raw. The seasoning was delicious so I believe it was well prepared, and... More

I went yesterday with wife and 2 daughters. Very good food and ambiance. Antepasto was very nice, pasta and risotto too.
