This place was recommended by our hotel, I'm not sure as to why. It was okay, but nothing special. It is on a very busy pedestrian street, crowded in next to scaffolding. If you move your chair, you might fall off of the curb. The waitresses are hard working, but they seem tired. I had a so-so pizza, (New Haven... More

My first advise is, don't get the chicken or the boar stew. Both were overcooked and boring. The bruschetta we got to start was 5 euros and amounted to 1 piece of bread with tomatoes. Not worth the money. Perhaps they specialise is pizza or pasta?? I saw some other people eating; at one table a guy got his pizza... More

Sit outside, people watch, enjoy the lovely staff so helpful, kind and attentive with a good sense of humour. Absolutely beautiful pizza and cold chianti - can't go wrong here.

We had our first dinner in Florence at Osteria dell'Agnolo. We got a great bottle of red wine and good meals. My Girlfriend took a Pizza which was a little bit small for a typical Italian pizza. I had a Bistecca Fiorentina (THE T-Bone Steak of Florence). Both meals were absolute tasty and the price was ok.

May be a nice place with good food but the service is hopeless. We are just 8 people 5 adults and 3 children. Took about 45 minutes nereden the first and the last pearson to get served. Child orders arrived last. Most of us just watched others eat. dedpite several remindings two of 8 orders were taken wrong. I had... More

I was persuaded to have lunch there by one of the waiters as I walked passed. How glad I was. On a 30+ degree day a local beer was most welcome followed by seafood linguine. Next day I returned for a pizza- both great choices. Location, location, location. A few steps away from the Duomo! Service- friendly and efficient. GO... More

This was a wonderful lunch with great service. We had minestrone soup and eggplant with salads and seafood linguine. It was really good. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Service was friendly and accommodating too.

As we were walking along the street, we were approached by Aurelia, one of the servers at Osteria dell'Agnolo inviting us to try their restaurant. We made it there on our second night and had an excellent meal of salads, meat dishes and house wine. The salads were very fresh and the beef and chicken cooked as ordered. We asked... More
