Real Italian pizza

Pizza is phenomenal and fairly priced (between 5 and 8 euros for a whole pie). Offer house wine in plastic cups for two euros. Place is small and always busy so hard to find a table but you can always get your pizza (and wine!) to go and find a nice bench nearby if the weather is fine. Have eaten... More

A great place to try an authentic Italian wood fired pizza ,there is a choice of 7 to chose from and some specials daily. It is very basic inside with large barrel tables with glass tops and you may have to share a table with others .The pizza is amazing and very tasty don't think you will find better in Florence.It... We stopped to ask directions and as an afterthought asked if there were a pizzeria nearby. "Best pizza in Florence!" the fellow said, and he was right. We arrived at 7.30 and the place was heaving. We were told we'd have to wait five minutes, which I thought optimistic, but after eight minutes a table became free and our pizzas... More

Best pizza I have had in Italy so far. The different pizzas range from 5 euro to 8, and you get an entire thing to yourself. Do yourself a favor and visit Gusta Pizza!

I love this place. I've spent 6 nights in Florence in my life(not nearly enough time), but I can honestly say that I ate dinner at Gusta Pizza all 6 of those nights. Wonderful pizza, affordable prices, fun environment, and friendly owners. My favorite pie, the spicy Calabresi, is a pizza that tastes like heaven. There are plenty of great... More

Best pizza ever. There are no words seriously. Beautifully seasoned and balanced sauce, which along with the cheese is obviously really high quality. Perfectly cooked as well with a bit almost charred. So much flavour it almost made me want to cry when I thought back and compared it to Dominos or something. All pizza should be Gusta Pizza. (there's... More

Amazing pizza. A must have if you are visiting Florence. Sometimes it's very busy but totally worth it. Went there on a Thursday afternoon before they closed and was able to get a table. Went on a Saturday around noon and it was standing room only.

So good! Best pizza in Italy! Get it to go, grab a bottle of wine and eat it on the steps in the piazza santo spirito.

Although a very lovely and cosy little place, Gusta Pizza served the worst pizza ever! The base was not cooked, the topping of the pizza was tasteless. When we complained, we were told that's the way we do our pizzas! We left Florence that afternoon for our return to London and headed straight to pizza express for a decent pizza!
