Once you walk in, make sure you get in the right line! There is an order line and a pick up line. 20 minute wait was more like 40 minutes but the pizza was really really good. I'd recommend getting it to go and just eating it on the street rather than trying to get a table. Very friendly staff... More

The pizza was good... Not incredible and not the best I have ever had but its good for the price and the people are quite friendly. Just be prepared to make a line to get your pizza.

I had researched the 'best pizza in Florence' before our trip and trip advisor recommended this place... Boy oh boy, was this delicious pizza! ...You watch before your very eyes as the team create a little piece of heaven in their wood burning pizza oven! ...crispy pizza bases with just the right amount of 'spring' in the dough topped off... It took us a few minutes to figure out how Gusta works and I'd wished I had been warned about the process. You arrive at a crammed tiny little place with a line out the door and tables of people sitting on top of each other. Coming from NY, I assumed it was upon us to try to vie for... More

The title of this review says it all. Quick, cheap, delicious. Just get a take out rather than fighting over a table, and don't let the queue put you off, they move very quickly here. Pizza is the dough chewy type, and tastes nicely of the wood fired oven, the best pizza I've had in Italy, and I've had a... More

My favorite lunch spot in all of Florence. Very dangerous to live to so close to the best pizza experience in Italy. Some people will complain that they don't like it.. write terrible reviews... about how they had to wait a long time for their pizza... Its because they make your on personal pizza with one oven and fifty people... More

The line is always there. You cannot disagree with the many people who live in the area who flock to this pizzeria on a nightly basis. I like the pizza very much and the value is excellent. The owned are friendly and accommodating to everyone.

In the 4 days we were in Firenze we had Gusta pizza I think 6 times. Every time wanting the previous pizza, but wondering how good the next new one would be. They only have 6 or 7 pizzas on the menu, but that's more than enough. I love the community atmosphere at Gusta's. I am returning to Firenze next... More

Gusta Pizza serves wood oven baked pizza in a relaxed, laid back atmosphere. Order at the counter . Eat there or take to go and visit piazza around the corner. Can be busy.
