Great restaurant

We found it on Tripadvisor and our hotel concierge confirmed it was well worth a visit, and he made the reservation for us.. And we are very glad we went, the service was attentive, helpful, prompt and cheerful and polite, not always our experience in some parts of Italy (Sicily). The place was... read more

We had 2 different people reccomed this resturant to us; one from home and another local Florentine. We had the Florentine steak. The filet side of the streak was very very good and the strip side was a little fatty for our taste. The service was exellent. The wine was exellent, but I am learning it is hard to have... More

When you are served your meal by an Italian Canadian who looks like Dean Martin and has a sense of humour, the meal that follows must be good. And it was! Shaved black truffle served on 2 fried eggs was generous although we could do with a few more anchovies on the bruschetta. The Osso Bucco, however was perfect, the... More

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel concierge (Novona Gallery and Garden Suites, Great Place) in Rome and we came here after watching the sunset from the steps at Piazzale Michelangelo and a brisk 20 minute walk from there along the river to make our reservation time. It is located on a smaller side street with no signage except what... More

Really enjoyed the atmosphere. It's chic casual but more casual. You come enjoy your meal on beautiful old tables and all around nicely decor. We had the mix cheese and ham and salami plate to begin with ( recommending only the cheese mix ) following up with a steak for two ( excellent, next time I would order it medium... More

Amazing food. Very Italian atmosphere, also feels like the inside of a pirate ship in the back. The rigatoni is famous, so order that with a glass of wine and you'll be guaranteed an amazing dinner. Will go back several times in the next couple months. Reservation required.

LOVED this restaurant. Miguel was amazing. He let us sample wine before making our choice. Veal Ossenbucca fell off the bone! We will be back!

After having eaten here numerous times, it still gets better. The waitstaff is by far one of the best anywhere. They are always attentive and entertaining. Ask and you shall receive. The food, is certainly up there with the better places in Florence. The dessert, cheesecake, is so light and the best anywhere we have traveled. Not to be missed!... More

The restaurant is a short walk from the Westin hotel and offers great semi-casual dining at an affordable price. Although the restaurant can get crowded and noisy you'll find the surroundings to be comfortable and the food to be well worth the visit.
