A tasty hidden treat.

Try the fried tomino cheese covered with prosciutto. The red house wine served cold was great. Service was wonderful and friendly.

I've been in Italy for the past 6 years. The restaurant to the right was recommended to us by our hotel, but there was a 2 hours wait. We opted for this *near empty* place to ensure we had ample time to see the sights, they served FRESH food, homemade food, that made us grateful that we chose to eat... More

We enjoyed this place so much we went back there twice during our week in Florence. My daughter enjoyed the wild boar - very local. I enjoyed the tagliatelle and the risotto. The service was great and we were fortunate to get the small table in the window. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Tuscan antipasto is classic. Definitely recommend.

Our Family was in Florence on holiday and found this restaurant highly reviewed and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent and the special board menu was great. Go for dinner early and catch the end of the market that is steps away. There is a big restaurant right on the corner - but walk down to this one!... More

After seeking out a different restaurant in the area that was closed for dinner, we ended up Osteria Pepo. The servers spoke English and were friendly, and they did have an English menu. They had a nice assortment of items to pick from, but the final price did seem high. It was not freshly made pasta, and there were too... More

Great small family run place. Food was home made and tasted great! Prices were good and loved the glass of prosecco on arrival.

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel concierge and were not disappointed. It is a very pleasant family run restaurant with some very good Tuscan food. Service was good and I would recommend the Ham and Melon starter!

My wife and I went there after a recommendation from our Hotel Concierge. The menu was good and very varied, but lacked english descriptions. Pumpkin Soup was labelled as such but ended up being a cream of pumpkin with cheese. It was a good soup though. However our main course which was described by the staff as chicken stuffed with... One of the nicest, traditional Tuscan restaurants in Florence. I enjoyed everything I had there, service was terrific, good prices, good food, good wine.

My family of 5 which included 3 kids enjoyed this restaurant! It was recommended by our tour guide Angelo. Our tour finished at the Accademia and this place is a 5 minute walk. Charming restaurant off the busy streets with many choices on the menu. We started with Coccoli (fried dough) which came with prosciutto and a spreadable cheese Stracchino.... More
