Tiny yet powerful!

A small little returant near the Duomo. You definitly need reservations for either lunch or dinner. We went there twice. I had the pasta with guinea fowl which was deliciouse. My favorite was the chefs blend of crostini appetizers. I loved the liver pate the best but they were all good.

Great food in the shadow of the Duomo. Friendly, relaxed food with great food, service and wine selection. The overall atmosphere was also reflected in the decor. You can get tired of too much embellishment in Florence.

This was recommended by our tour guide for a good salad and she was right. If you are craving fresh greens while in Florence try it. We had a delicious salad and a codfish cake. They have pasta, etc on the menu as well. Beautifully presented and tasty. Nice atmosphere and nice staff. They even waived the cover charge for... More

A friend recommended this restaurant and I ate there many times when I was in Florence for a few months last year. I wanted to return when I back in Florence last month but I didn't have enough time. Each time I ate there, my main course was always the pasta with the pear. The service is not slow. Taking... More

Came here after reading a few reviews on TripAdvisor and all I can say to those who posted them is; thank you! Food was absolutely sublime, fresh, homemade pasta which was full of flavour. Ambiance was great and service was second to none - wait staff were very attentive and always smiling which we loved. We ordered the Strega salad... More

Good food, nice service, and reasonable prices. Nice assortment of bruschetta and good appetizer platter of charcuterie and cheeses (like pecorino with pears, Gorgonzola with fruit, salami, prosciutto). We ate every piece up!

Very good value. Very friendly and inviting. Interesting decor and wonderful food. Understaffed for the size of restaurant. Great for lunch. Looked like they were slammed. Reservation recommended.

I went with some friends, after being recommended the place by our hostel's owner. We ordered pasta, 2 capresse salat, some wine and beer. On average we payed 30 euros per person. And, I can say, it was the best meal we had in Italy during our 5 days stay! (and we did try hard!). The pasta at its best,... More

Very casual and upbeat "bistro" type restaurant. The owner is a charm and very involved in everything from making suggestions to brining the food himself. Food is creative, different....had the pear ravioli to die for. The ragu pasta delicious. Everything was excellent!
