Awesome ribs.

The ribs are famous here. The portion is simply too huge even for two. Great outdoor ambiance with all the locals and tourist walking by nonstop. Fun and friendly staffs. They have a good tuscanny wine selections. A must visit and right at the Duomo.

Very un-Italian-like waiters who didn't tout for business but made it clear they were very happy to see us. Fabulous food and we felt very protected from the street vendors. Alongside the Duomo but no less entertaining than restaurants in the other piazzas.

A restaurant well worth a visit. We were made to feel very special by all the staff and they helped us with food and wine choices. The food and wine was some of the best we have experienced in our journeys and would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant.

Although there are tables on the square with great views of the duomo complex, the heart of this place is below ground, in an attractive vaulted cellar. You enter via a narrow stair flanked by 14th-century frescoes. It's a bit pricey compared to some of the tourist places in the neighborhood, but the atmosphere is pleasant and quiet, the food... I have been there in June, it is very easy to find, has a perfect location, it was beautiful to spend the evening in Piazza del Duamo. I ordered salmon, it was served with beans, salmon was crispy and testy, my husband ordered Ravioli, he liked it as well, but i found it less than average, there were only 4-5... More

Weary from an action packed day and having missed lunch we were in need of an early and convenient place for dinner to stop starvation setting in. We were apprehensive given the tourist location opposite the Duomo but the menu was decent so we gave it a try. It was January and cold so we declined the offer of a... More

I've just had the best steak of my life at this restaurant. And I'm not exaggerating. The service was great, the food was delicious and the view of the Duomo is excellent (any nearer and we would've been in the church!) Forget what people say about "eating off the beaten track". This place caters for tourists and locals alike and... More

We made a reservation 2 days in advance here based on the location with a great view of the Duomo. The food, was decent, but not outstanding by any means. House wine was quite good, though, and you really can't beat the view. Wait staff was very nice too.

The food was lovely and the service excellent. The ladies toilet needs a little updating but I cant mark them down for that as the rest was brilliant. If I am ever in Florence again I will certainly dine here for lunch again..
