Great experience

Service was great even if a bit slow. Food was GREAT and that's the most important thing :) The place is nice, small but comfortable.

Personal service and value - atmosphere not great, but no better place to eat, especially if you are staying nearby

My boyfriend and I had dinner here once during our week in Florence and if we had found it earlier in the week I can guarantee that we would have gone back! We were both absolutely blown away by our food - especially the raviolis. The pheasant ravioli was sensational and the chocolate ravioli was completely unique. Pairing this with... More

Overall fantastic experience. Home made authentic Italian food with a friendly and professional service. Worth more than a visit while being in Florence.

We had our evening meal her, after a hard day tramping around the ancient sites, and we were not disappointed. We shared the smoked salmon starter, which was delicious. I had a vegetarian soup, but it had hardly any liquid, it was wonderful. The others had pasta dishes, which they said were nicer than some of the other fare we had... More

Not too touristy, totally fun for couples or family (not suitable for business), artichoke risotto was especially awesome and ask for the "secret" wine list

My wife and I had dinner at the Acquacotta in mid-March 2015. The food was delicious and the portions were substantial. It's more expensive than a trattoria but well worth it. Reservation is a good idea unless you come for dinner between 7 and 7:30 pm - most Italians eat dinner after 8 pm. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Homey, welcoming set up. One of our favorite restaurants during our Italy trip. All dishes were yummy. Great moscato. Very friendly. A block from the Hotel Arizona. Definitely recommend.

Ela and her staff treated my wife and I to two wonderful meals during our one week stay in Florence. The vegetable fondue app was the best thing I have ever eaten!!! If you have a chance to try it, just do it! The wine is great, all of the food is fantastic, and the best part of the restaurant... More
