Dinner in Florence in this "trattoria" and I had very good traditional food: "panzanella" to start, "peposo" and "white tuscan beans" like main dish. Good red tuscan wine by glass and good service. Price was reasonable and more than ok for what I had

I knew this restaurant since some time, and I visited it after a long break, having opted for a dinner with friends. Once again, my expectations were not disappointed. For all I know, it's one of the not many restaurants in Florence center which are completely family-managed. The kitchen offers high-level solutions for the traditional Tuscan recipes. For example, when... More

Granddaughter was able to devour gluten free bruschetta, chilli sauce spaghetti and both chocolate and apple cake. They can do most dishes GF and at the same time, we loved the regular ravioli pear in butter and eggplant parm dishes.

Was quiet when we arrived so weren't so sure how the experience would turn out but the food was absolutely amazing. A truly authentic Italian meal. Highly recommended.

It was our last night in Italy. This was the last place we found that would serve us at 8pm. It was the most amazingly friendly service, the food was impeccable. The cigatr roll is a fun start, but the turnip greens and risotto are amazing! I love this place. It is quiet and makes you feel like you are... More

Came back after a couple of years to try this place out again. Restaurant was quiet which was a shame. The food is really good. I think they serve some of the best Pici in town. The bistecca was truly amazing.Simply grilled and was tender as butter. We had many in Florence but this one stood out. The owners daughter gave... More

Unpretentious and delicious meal served hot, with flavour and a smile. No pretentious high class waiters adding to the bill but a comfortable and rewarding experience.

Had a fantastic dinner with my husband. Ribollita was excellent as well as the Bici al pesto di cavolo nero. My husband had tripe that was excellent. The ambience is like a proper nice trattoria, rustic but nice and the service was impeccable. We were given detailed explanations of the dishes and suggestions. Some on the nex table had the...
