You get what you pay for...

This restaurant is right next to the Sante Croce, so great position. Being honest, if you just want feeding after walking all day it's fine, but a not place for a nice meal or fine dining..., as i say, the food is ok and staff are friendly but there are a lot better places in Florence...

We were on an NCL organised East Florence trip and were recommended this restaurant by Trudi, our Tour Leader and it was a good recommendation. It was raining heavily, and we were soon settled in by a young Polish girl who spoke excellent English. We had bruschetta and soup and shard an excellent pizza. I finished with a very strong... The unique character of this place lies in the atmosphere, in its people and in the quality of food. The idea is to have a mix of mediterranean food cultures and they achieve it. Plus there is a good variety of pastry and ice cream if you are fond of them. The people are very kind and professional; close to... More

We stopped on a cold day for lunch and found the outside dining area warmed by inviting heaters and an enclosure that allows you to see outside, feel the sunshine and be warm even on a cold winter day. We requested a suggestion on the wine, as I prefer red and my husband prefers white and the waitress provided us... More

This spot was great!! The best part of it all was that our kids ages 8 and 11 each got to make their own pizzas from scratch. They were in heaven and really proud about the finished product!

You get to choose the theme of the room that you dine in if you make reservations at this winner! (France, Italy, Spain) We made reservations since we hoped to dine well during the holidays. Located on the beautiful Piazza Santa Croce, this restaurant was quite large. The host was amazing at accommodating my need for gluten free options. They... More

Our party of six had a good experience at this restaurant, with understandable mixed reviews of the food. My daughter and I loved the Paella. We all agreed that the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Stopped by to see the sunset over Santa Croce. We tried a few coffees and chocolates and while the Sacher torte did not resemble the original the chocolate pralines were sublime. Nice open space with the possibility of sitting at a common bench.

We had just visited the Santa Crose church and found this excellent restaurant close-by offering a range of snacks to full dining facilities. The staff were really excellent and helpful with our virtually non-existent Italian, even though they were very busy! As it was approaching Christmas, the restaurant sells its own range of panettone, which is home-baked on the premises.... More

We didn't plan a restaurant for the evening and the places recommended by the hotel were closed. We ended up stumbling upon this place and it seemed a little expensive but quite nice. When we walked far back inside the restaurant it was beautiful with a lovely patio on the back. We had the classic florentine style T-bone steak that... More
