This little place hidden in the San Lorenzo market is a gem. The wine is good and at a good price -€3 a glass. We ordered the crostini toscani (toasted bread with liver pate - €4.50 for 3 large pieces) and it was delicious! Definitely worth a look.

This beautiful wine bar has a very authentic and warm atmosphere. Locals are bustling in and out all day. Delicious panini and a wide selection of open wine bottles to choose from for a glass. You should also consider this place if you want to bring a bottle of wine back home; just ask the staff and they will help... More

This local wine bar has a lot of history, good food and a great wine selection. It is small, and you are made to feel welcomed. Stop by and join the locals for merenda - you won't be disappointed. The owner was very gracious, and made us a plate of different cheeses, meats, bread and crostini. A local man approached... More

Come here for some the best selections of Tuscan vintage wines, which you can buy many by the glass accompanied just perfectly with a fine selection of cheeses, sausages, hams, cured meats, and sándwiches.. A great place to spend a late lunch or start the evening off. A fantastic gourmet experience for all the senses.

Really nice wine bar in the heart of Florence. They had a nice variety of wines by the glass as well as an assortment of antipasti. We really enjoyed the selection of cheeses that we got.

This is a very small place. It seems to do lots of take-out by locals, mostly sandwiches. A glass of wine can be had standing at the counter. There are a very limited number of seats across from the counter and against the wall. Definitely a taste of "local flavor" near the central market.

I had this place recommended to me by a local friend, and after shopping in San Lorenzo, we decided to stop in for a panino and glass of wine. The bread was very stale and they only had one red and white wine by the glass. Staff was not friendly either. There's definitely better inside of the market.

The place is perfect for a quick lunch while strolling through the San Lorenzo market. There were just locals eating inside when we went, they were all chatting happily with the staff. The staff didn't speak much English but was very nice, we were able to point at the dishes we want on our sandwiches, so it worked out fine.... More

We read about this wine bar (Enoteca) in a local news paper. It is located in the market area of Florence and has apparently been there for many years. Local wines, salads, sandwiches, paninis, all fresh, all looked good. It was lunch so we tried a couple of their paninis and a glass of chianti. It was all good but... More
