Fabulous fresh pasta!

Pull a chair up to the bar and prepare to be amazed!! We had eaten dinner here on our last trip to Florence and when we passed by at lunch on this time, we had to stop again. Based on rave TripAdvisor reviews, my partner and I had Zeb Restaurant on our ' to do list' whilst we were visiting Florence for a long weekend. The restaurant is an intimate space, you sit up at the bar which is fun and atmospheric. The food was absolutely delicious, freshly cooked and authentic. We opted for the two Truffle pasta... More

What fabulous food! You sit at the bar around the staff serving, and in the window. Despite much of the food being already prepared and on display (usually a bad sign in my book!) it was all incredible. We had delicious truffle pasta for primi. The pork ribs, meatballs and melanzane were all especially good secondi. Highly recommended!

My job as faculty member of a university brings me to Italy at least twice per year to discuss with my research collaborators. I have not written any review but feel compelled to write this review because of the good time I had at this restaurant. After a long transatlantic flight and then a connecting flight, I always arrived in... More

We ate here for dinner. This is one of the most authentic experiences that we have had and this place is definitely not a tourist trap. The service is wonderful and the food is great and beyond reasonably priced. My friend had the yellow squash ravioli and I had the pesto spaghetti. Both were delicious. We also had chianti and... Our hotel recommended Zeb as it was on our way into the heart of Florence from Piazza Michelangelo. We almost missed the place since its very unassuming. We walked in and everyone was seated around a U-shaped counter and all the fresh selections for the day were on display under the glass counter. In a city teeming with tourists, it... More

We were there last November. Had read about it somewhere and decided to give it a try - for lunch. Gave us an opportunity to go on the other side of the Arno. Well, it was just great. The set-up is very clean and modern and the food is simply perfect. We went back the next day and it made... More

One of the best restaurants of our honeymoon. No tables, the service is done at the counter, the ingredients are all shown in a shop window, all very fresh and tasty. The service is very personal and attentive!

We are a family of four that travels often and love food! We were in Tuscany for 12 days and had walked by this restaurant a few days prior while in Florence. We loved this area and decided to have dinner one night here on a whim. There was no seating at the main bar but they were able to... More
