The wife and I had a very nice breakfast (12 euro total) of mozzarella & ham sandwich and 2 pastries plus tea & cappuccino. The food was excellent. We sat outside and watched the world go by.

It looks good but the taste does not match at all with the aspect of the sweets. They mentionned that it's home made but it doesn't mean always good, it tasted quite chemical.

This little shop has fantastic pastries, and excellent coffee. Service is fast and efficient, and it's obviously a favorite with locals. Cappucino's and caffe latte's are also cheaper here than many other places we tried, as well as being prepared very quickly. The croissant sandwiches are also excellent. Staff is friendly, but not chatty (they're too busy with volume of... More

But there is nothing more annoying than being served by someone that does not smile or take the time to 'welcome' you to a place. I am sorry but this is absolutely fundamental in my opinion and the reason this place only got a rating of 3. Now lets talk food! Food is good and a decent selection if you... More

I had a tomato mozzarella sandwich and the bread was fresh and tasty; the bread especially. The place was packed with people from everywhere; including locals. Fast and friendly service.

With my wife we spent 4 days in Florence, the first day we picked up this restaurant just at random. This was a very good choice, we had our lunch there every day for the rest of our stay. The paninis are excellent, the pastry is very tasty. They have a few tables outside the restaurant, but not directly on... More

I studied abroad in Florence in college, so I got to know the city pretty while. Sometime during my stay, I developed a love for a particular pastry called "budino di riso." Long story short, it became one of my quests to find the best budino di riso I could find. I stumbled upon La Loggia degli Albizi inadvertently, but... More

Came to this little hidden bakery for breakfast. The espresso was perfect and the pastries were to die for. The staff speaks minimal English but very polite.

Delicious croissants and other pastries, allowed to use the tables at no charge and even the newspaper (in Italian) provided at the tables. They also serve lunch and dinner with a limited menu but very good. I had a very hearty minestrone soup and pasta al pomodoro (tomato sauce) the tomato taste in the sauce was out of this world....
