While walking through the streets of Florence, I spotted one of my favorite pastries. I had a delicious cannoli that my wife and I both enjoyed. This shop is in the heart of Florence where you could eat inside or outside.

After 3 days in busy and expensive Venice, we arrived in Florence tired and hungry. As soon as we checked into the hotel we went on the look out for a place to have some food and drink. What luck to find this place ! Relaxed atmosphere, tasty food and lovely drinks !! They have a huge selection of delicious... More

Decided to pop in for a snack because it seems like a deal - pizza, salad and a drink for 10 euros. It was okay, While the flavorings on the pizza were good, the crust was not - perhaps like much Florentine bread, there was no salt in it - so the crust was dry, and rather tasteless. The service... The wife and I had a very nice breakfast (12 euro total) of mozzarella & ham sandwich and 2 pastries plus tea & cappuccino. The food was excellent. We sat outside and watched the world go by.

This is a gem of a pastry shop in the heart of the shopping district of Florence. Lovely atmosphere with tables inside and out (in the summer) and a bar to stand at if you are trying to be like the locals. Great pastries and coffee. Highly recommend as a great way to start the day.

It looks good but the taste does not match at all with the aspect of the sweets. They mentionned that it's home made but it doesn't mean always good, it tasted quite chemical.

Location: About 10 minutes on foot from the Duomo. The place: Compared to some of the places I've been to in Florence, this place is of a decent size inside, but their selling point is that awesome outdoor terrace. Seats are hard to come by so if you happen to get one, keep it! The goods: I stopped in after... More

This little shop has fantastic pastries, and excellent coffee. Service is fast and efficient, and it's obviously a favorite with locals. Cappucino's and caffe latte's are also cheaper here than many other places we tried, as well as being prepared very quickly. The croissant sandwiches are also excellent. Staff is friendly, but not chatty (they're too busy with volume of... More

But there is nothing more annoying than being served by someone that does not smile or take the time to 'welcome' you to a place. I am sorry but this is absolutely fundamental in my opinion and the reason this place only got a rating of 3. Now lets talk food! Food is good and a decent selection if you... More
