great experience overall

we sat outside and ordered the drunken spaghetti based on a recommendation from a friend and it was delicious. We also had the barbecue chicken, since we had been eating so much steak and fish on our trip. it was similarly delicious. house wine was great.

Took my fiancé here after the rave reviews about the Florentine steak and it did not disappoint. Despite the menu reading 'served bloody' the steak was cooked a perfect medium rare. The side of beans was also delicious. I had the pasta cooked in red wine myself and it was ok...I would recommend the steak.

A local friend recommended this resturant nad glad I went. I ordered the famous drunken spaghetti (cooked in garlic and red wine) and it was sour and tang-y in a good way. I also had the tuna carpaccio salad and the spicy chocolate cake for dessert. Everything was delicious.

Well reviewed in Fodors as an authentic Florentine steak dinner restaurant. Steak was very nice and certainly met expectations. Pasta dishes were OK but nothing spectacular. The Primi dishes were same. We ate indoors which was a little warm this time of year - no A/C was on. There was also a constant drumbeat of dance music throughout the dinner... More

Decided to make a trip here as a lot of recommendations had been made about the steak. For some reason I decided not to have one, and there my mistake was made! We decided to share the starter of bruschetta with cheese - pretty poor if I'm honest. Didn't taste of a great deal and was almost a bit plastic-like.... More

We ate at this great restaurant twice on our recent trip. The food was delicious in a casual atmosphere. The steak and pasta carbonara were fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Family members recommended the Carbonata di Chianina (insanely large steak) and had I had some male company I reckon I'd have enjoyed that. Instead had the tagliata which was good.
