We were only for a night in Cortona and I am glad we chose this restaurant beacause I had the best meal there during my trip in Tuscany.

Great service, delicious food, the best Zuppa Inglese dessert (italian pudding) we have ever had. All in all recommend this restaurant.

love this place, the food was phenomenal as was the overall experience. Mr. Romano and his family treated us like royalty. Really enjoyed the "big" ravioli, the antipasto and the beef. The wines were great as well. Can't recommend this place enough.

If you are in the Cortona area, you must go to this restaurant. The owner is very nice and friendly. His wife is the chef. It was so nice visiting with them. The bread salad and Wild Boar sauce with pasta is wonderful! I have been to this restaurant twice and hope to go again. I highly recommend this great... More

Wonderful food, amazing hospitality and enchanting atmosphere - a MUST if you are in Cortona!! I had the Fettucini with Wild Boar.. simply devine. The wine we had was grand. Everything about it was authentic Italian - just as I was hoping for.

The quality of food was good, but I prefer a quieter, less invasive service. I ordered the tartare and it was chopped "a coltello" but it was a bit too chunky for my taste. Numerous tourists.

We read about this restaurant on Trip Advisor and had to try it. It was excellent. The food was out of this world, the owner is very pleasant and the service was excellent. Would definitely go back.

This is a small place not too far from one of the portals where parking is permitted for non-residents. There is a small outside area, but inside is the treat. It's almost cave-like, but the noise is very subdued. Our meal started with the chef's homemade ricotta cheese, drizzled with early harvest olive oil ... the smell, was incredible! The... More

Recommended by our B&B-owner we made a reservation in La Bucaccia. We had no regrets. We took the Michelin menu: food was delicious and more than enough . Service was correct, people were friendly, atmosphere was good and the owner is a real showman. The first time we saw the owner preparing a special dish(in a parmegian cheese) Because of... More
